Jon Clark from Tested & True Electrical visited my place on a free consultation to determine how I could install a sauna. We considered $1,000 in custom work but he did some research after the consult and realized that I could get a $150 adapter to avoid the expensive custom work.

His small business is also technically savvy. He integrates AI into his workflows and automatically texts updates on when he is expected to arrive.

I highly appreciate Jon's honesty and doing right by customers. He was also professional and friendly. I recommend Jon and plan to hire him for any future electrical work I would need.

I have an excellent experience dealing with Alison, Jon, Jason and Joaquin helping with my new Hot Tub installation. Fast and excellent service, very friendly and technically very skilled; I am very happy and highly recommend the company for all electrical jobs ! Joaquin replaced the faulty circuit breaker in our main panel and proactively checked all our other circuits to ensure all were working correctly. He was very thorough and professional, and took time to share relevant information about circuit breakers going bad.

JMC installed the electrical for our new hot tub, as well as completing wiring for a work shed in the same job. We are very happy with the quality of work, the speed of work, and the coordination before and during the work. I would recommend to anybody needing electrical work.

Fabulous service from this company! They helped our family with a sub panel installation. They provided clear details on their plan on installing. Jon, the owner, is amazing guy who goes out of his way to help customers!

Excellent service - very prompt and professional! They even suggested an alternative method for wiring that saved tremendous time and $. Competitive bidders did not recognize this alternative and savings. (Adding a circuit box, increasing electrical to backyard)

Jason from JMC Electric Tested and True fixed my electrical issue this morning! He was so professional and knowledgable - investigated thoroughly until he found the problem outlet - walked me through what happened, showed me the burned wires, and assured me that he would fix it. I really appreciated his patience and empathy as I was freaking out a bit (I was afraid of an electrical fire). He assured me all was now well. His workmanship is top notch. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone. He is the best!!!

This company is excellent. They did all the electrical for my swim spa installation, including running conduit, installing breaker and emergency shut off, and even returning when the spa didn’t power up properly.

TMC Electric, Tested and True showed up on time. Sent text they were on the way. Serviceman Jason was knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. It was a bit expensive but he methodically worked through the issues we were having with a chandelier arcing causing the breaker to trip. We had another electrician out who did little diagnostics and left us with the same problem after he left. We were charged $200 for that “non servicing”, so having our issue fixed was worth it. Will definitely use them again.

JMC Tested and True proved their name is accurate. They installed a main breaker and 220volt, 50amp Circuit for spa and walked me through the workings with no visible wires! They promptly repaired a couple of glitches within the spa itself to insure everything worked perfectly. Very competent, responsive team. Will use them for future electrical needs.

I was very happy with the work they did. John came out initially to assess the issue (bathroom fan had died). New fan ordered and Joaquin came out to replace it and the timer which had also ceased to work. Both John and Joaquin were personable, professional, conscientious, and clean. I also really appreciated all the communication prior to the appt. I’m very happy to now have a reputable electrician to call on, and will not hesitate to call them in the future!
