Used JMK again for a minor project and they got the job done with no problem. They really know how to keep the customer happy!

The service from Revolt Electric was excellent. They came to my house and explained what the problem was and came up with a solution. They were Very Knowledgeable and professional and they came earlier than the estimated time.

Update: The owner made up for it and sent two of his guys out to my place, paid them OT and apologized for the mishap.

They never showed! My wife sat home and waited and they never came. They will send you an email asking for automatic confirmation which I confirmed...
Apparently, I was told "maybe there's a glitch" in the system...
The first girl I spoke to had my appointment down for 4hours later than my scheduled appointment.
Poor customer service, don't always believe the positive reviews is a lesson I've learned the hard way.
Go elsewhere, unless you want to waste your day off waiting...

Revolt is a great company to work with. I have had them on a few projects so far. They perform good work, on-time, good quality and fair pricing.

JMK Electric replaced a brand new subpanel in my garage and installed 2 dedicated circuits to my microwave and refrigerator. They did an excellent job on all of the work! They were on time, fairly priced, efficient, very professional, experienced, neat, and respectful. Also, Danielle delivered exceptional, always friendly, polite, professional customer service! I would highly reccommend JMK Electric to anyone! I will be calling them again whenever I will be needing electrical work. I give them 5 stars!

JMK responded quickly to our quote request. Quote was fair. Work included wire tracing and re-termination in the attic, outlet re-wiring, multiple high-end ceiling fan installations, and multiple ceiling fan remote control pairings. The technician James, was polite, clean, and professional. He worked diligently and cheerfully. He was knowledgeable & prepared with all the tools required for the job. JMK is an outstanding member of the South Bay business community, and a pleasure to work with from the front office on down.

Let there be light. After a PG&E transformer blew up and messed up my home's fuse box, Ronnie came and immediately got to work. Everything that needed to be replaced was done quickly and safely. Completely satisfied with the work and cost.

Ronnie told me some improvements that could be done which could protect my home in the future if a similar incident would occur. Will hire again!

Very thorough, very helpful

We had Safety-First install two 220V circuits in our garage (one for an EV charger and one for a heat pump water heater - they coordinated the installation of the water heater with their sister company Bailey Plumbing). We also had them install lights and a switch in a closet, add a 110V outlet in our hallway, install a hardwired camera/light on the side of our house, and run Cat 5 cable into our attic so we could put our whole house fan on the network.

The job took several days; they were here at the promised time every day and kept us informed about anything that would disrupt us (for example, having to turn off some breakers to make room for the 220V circuits in our panel). They were happy to answer my questions. They kept things neat and cleaned up properly before leaving every day.

Ronnie and James were our main contacts, but everyone working on the job was easy to communicate with and made us feel like we were the most important customer they had.

I'm very happy with the work they did and would happily call on them again.

I 100% recommend Safety First Electric. They responded quickly, and were at my home within a few hours of my initial inquiry.

Chris and Mihret went the extra mile to explain the problem, the possible solutions, and the process of what needed to be done. They ensured the job was done correctly, and helped us get our home back up and running as quickly as possible.

Ronnie is honestly one of the nicest and most professional people I have met in the construction business. It is my pleasure to write a review for Safety First Electric. They just completed a rewire of my house and garage. I primarily did this for safety reasons since other than the kitchen, was aluminum wiring which had seen better days. I am confident in their work which was done by Joseph and Jorge. Joseph really knows his stuff. He is very professional and communicative. Once the job was started, Jorge joined Joseph's team. He was very knowledgeable and communicative as well.

Ronnie at Safety First Electric went above and beyond to map out and help design all our electrical and recessed lighting locations in our remodel. When an issue arose he was on top of it with a solution and plan to get the job done in a safe and quick timeframe. Highly recommend if you want top quality work at a great price!

They were able to identity why my lights were flickering when others could not, and were reasonable in the price they offered me. Requested service on Saturday, and were able to fix the problem the next day. Would definitely recommend safety first.

We had a senior Project Manager who is fantastic and did incredible quality control, as well as each of the individuals that came out along the way. You name it we did it. After the recent big storm, we lost part of our circuit breaker. I called several 24 hour electricians and the only one who called me back was James from Safety First. Ronnie came by the next morning, followed by James and they replaced 4 breakers and got us up and running. We will be having them totally replace our very old box soon. This company will definitely be our first choice for electrical needs in the future. They are awesome! Addendum - had the Circuit breaker box replaced today. So happy with their work! Mahret was so nice and professional as was Joseph who went over and above to keep us informed when things were happening. Can't be happier with Safety First!!

We had a problem with electricity in a portion of the house, and it’s an older house, so I was pretty sure that to get the problem fixed it was going to be a fairly big ordeal. Upon calling for service I was greeted by a very kind lady and she was able to get us an appointment for service very quickly, which was surprising because it was a holiday week. Upon arriving, Ronnie greeted me and offered me a very specific explanation about the process which made me feel very comfortable, he entered the home and put booties on his shoes to respect my house, which I really appreciated, in the end, we were given a very fair price for the work that was done and I truly respect the time they spent making sure that my family and I had a resolution to our problem. This is a great company ran by good people and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good electrician.

It was a great experience working with Safety First Electric! They rewired some old active knob and tube, adding some ceiling fans, outlets, switches, and more. Work was quick and we are super happy with the result. Communication with the team was great, would definitely recommend
