Safety First was GREAT to work with on the set up of my sauna. The install team was great abd very communication on arrivals, departures and project timelines. No issues and everything is professionally done!

Joseph gave a heads up when he was on his way to fix the power in our garage. He was thorough, explained everything in detail. Went the extra mile to make sure the problem was fixed. We had a great experience and have saved Safety First Electric in my phone book for future jobs.

Ronnie took care of a short in my bathroom as well as a security doorbell install. He was very good at explaining everything to me and was friendly and professional. We also discussed some issues that I will want to take care of in the future and we discussed what I should be prepared for (Zinsco panel). I liked working with him and would definitely recommend you give them a call the next time you need any electrical work done.

Ronnie and team were fantastic. We recently bought and old house and wanted to have the electrical assessed. Ronnie came out and had his team complete a health check on the house. Ronnie was upfront with what needed to be addressed and what the costs would be. We ended up having extra work completed, such as adding can lighting in our living room and kitchen and a surge protector added. We were impressed with the lengths that Ronnie and his team went to, to minimize disruption to us and to minimize the amount of drywall damage. Everything was cleaned up and drywall repaired, making it great experience. I would highly recommend, and we will definitely use Safety First Electric again.

The owner of Safety 1st and two of his electricians came out to my house a second time to address my concern. They climbed up the attic and located the attic fan in question and confirmed they couldn't get to it for a replacement without cutting through sheetrock. The business owner reached out to me proactively after seeing my previous google review and came out to address it. While my problem isn't fully resolved yet, I now believe I got value for the dispatch fee I paid. I appreciate the professionalism and customer service from this business.

Ronnie and his crew were amazing to work with! Throughout the entire process, the communication and service were top-notch. I was in need of an EV charger installed in my garage, and Ronnie not only suggested the most suitable hardware within my budget but also executed the job with precision and cleanliness. Just my luck that I drilled into some wires and the power went out at 9 PM. Called a few places and got a call back from Safety First that someone (Chris) would be over in 20 minutes to take a look and they relayed what was needed to the tech who was on their way from another job. The tech (Rhett) was awesome! He explained everything he was doing and was very polite, even stuck around afterwards to help hang the TV mount, 10/10 recommend.

Ronnie is a great electrician and was very clean and thorough. I had him change out a bunch of old receptacles in my house. Highly recommended

I worked with Safety First Electric yesterday to replace my home electrical panel, and I'm happy with the overall experience. This all started when my wife heard arcing in our original panel, turned off power to the house and called Safety First. Cris came out late at night and quickly diagnosed four circuit breakers on the panel that wore out and damaged the panel. Safety First returned with a friendly, knowledgeable team to replace the panel and trace all of our circuits through the house and backyard. The next time I need an electrician, I plan to reach out to Safety First because I know I can trust their judgement and quality.

The team was incredibly fast and easy to work with. They gave us a quote that was identical to the final price, even with having to purchase a bunch of new equipment. Jordan was great to work with!

Had an incredible experience with Safety First and it's awesome crew of humans. I had an emergency with my well pump and Chris, Baloo and others not only tracked down the origin of it, but let me know other danger spots that we made a plan for tackling. They've been out here a few times now and i'm consistently impressed by their work ethic, how quickly they solve issues and that they are really modern and tech-forward. For instance, i've always wanted a SPAN panel, and they got me one almost immediately and installed it very quickly. I'm excited to continue working with Safety First on forthcoming jobs at my property and can't recommend them enough. They do excellent work and are genuinely really awesome people.

We were looking to replace a bathroom fan. We haven't done any electrical work in our pretty old 1960s condo, so we did not have a reliable electrician, and were a bit hesitant to do any big work. Monica at the office was very helpful and explained what the process would be, and how estimating/billing is going to work

Chris came over and immediately saw that our sub panel will not support any kind of add-on, as it was the original 60s one. He explained in detail what needs to happen in order to replace it, and was super helpful.

The only downside of the experience was trying to access financing. As it's done by a third party - it's not their fault! Ronnie from The office helped us understand the problem, and once it was fixed ( the wrong link was sent to us) - it was just a few clicks away.

Mihret arrived to replace our subpanel and bathroom fan - he was so courteous, knowledgeable, an all-around really great to work with. He explained and showed me what was happening at various stages of the work, cleaned up really well, and all around gave me confidence that we were in great hands.

I gave them a call and Chris Roberts was the one to pick up. Every step of the way, he made sure to tell me the best and cheapest ways to manage the process. He came in and took a look at the light that was failing and gave me a good rundown of what my issue was. Great guy and very helpful!

Chris is a very knowledgeable person. I am 63 years old some times feel nervous dealing with unexpected situations . Asking questions. Very grateful he answers all my questions and the most important , all Technicians are truly professionals. You do not feel any doubt. I have called on the services of Safety First Electric many times in the last year and they have always delivered. Cannot tell you have appreciative I am of they expertise and competency. During the big rainy season we had last fall, I needed a pump serviced bc it was faulty and my driveway was flooding. They dropped in and got it working quick and easy....issues fixed...did not even have to leave work. Kids were grateful they did not have to step in huge puddles on the way to the car....little guy was disappointed we got rid of his little swimming pools...but mom was ecstatic.

Chris called me back when our power was out, and he was able to get on FaceTime and help us fix the problem IMMEDIATELY! He didn't even charge us any money. What a great guy! Thank you Chris!!!
