I always have great professional experiences with Dalcon! In this most recent instance Dalcon installed the necessary infrastructure for me to safely charge my electric car at home. Juan, who we have dealt with on precisions promptly gave us an estimate as well as an array of options. Juan is always professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He does a great job of teaching and ensures that my family is taken care of. Th3 team that handled the installation was similarly wonderful. Christian and Javier were a dynamic duo and finished our job professionally and in a prompt manner.

Javier was great! Very professional, friendly, thorough and he listened and answered questions with care. Since we have aluminum wiring we wanted to have the connections checked on our outlets and switches. We also wanted to have a ceiling fan and an outdoor outlet for a patio fountain installed. We were very impressed with everyone at Dalcon. From Kenneth, who did the initial evaluation of the work to be done, to Sara in the office. They were a delight to deal with. Christian R. and Carlos A. did the work and I cannot say enough good things about them. They worked hard and answered all our questions. They were extremely professional. Great job by Javier installing a replacement car charger at my house. He was on time, competent, and friendly. He got the job done nicely and made sure the new charger was working before he left. I really appreciate that Dalcon offers one hour time windows for appointments, not 4 hours (or worse) for a lot of other providers. Angel, who came the day before to scope out the work and provide an estimate, was also very easy to work with.

Juan did a great job with our electric estimate. He pointed out a few issues that other electricians did not. These were major code issues that would come up if not correctly addressed. Juans very personable and explained the project so I could understand the scope of it.

He gave us estimate on the job and options for other electrical work. He was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. Chris came the same week to install a new circuit & two outdoor outlets. Chris was efficient, pleasant, highly skilled and fast. He cleaned up thoroughly and answered questions. Sarah arranged appointments, invoices & was helpful and diligent. Everyone was kind, considerate, and cooperative. We will use Dalcon again.

After obtaining a hesitant "solution" from my usual electrician regarding my "all electric" rental built in 1960 without grounded electrical work, Kenneth, Dalcon's Estimator, walked through the unit with me. He confidently identified what was required & codes. He comprehensively pointed out and explained problems and upgrades that made sense to me. This was a HUGE job that took many long days of expertise led by the company's AMAZING Lead Electrician Javier. I followed the project. Javier pleasantly and carefully explained each phase and detail of the project. I really appreciated that Javier was always on site though he was assisted by other hard-working electricians. Having hired electricians over 50 years, I noticed that Dalcon used high-end panels and parts, not your usual local home store products! I could not be more satisfied or pleased with the completed project. EVERY DETAIL was attended to. Owner David Lee oversees a terrific and obviously happy team of employees!

Carlos was great. He was friendly, pleasant, and competent. Highly recommended!

Thank you to the Dalcon Team! From quoting our service panel replacement job, and through each phase of the project, everything went smoothly. Juan, Sarah and the crew were all very courteous and professional. Also, the workmanship was superb, and everything was left clean and orderly. Javier came over and added two extra plugs to our bathroom. He did a great job, very neat and clean looks great.

We had some old knob and tube wiring remaining in our house and I wanted to re-insulate, so I called several electricians to come and estimate replacing that wiring.

Dalcon, and particularly Carlos were very easy to work with. They returned calls, scheduled and kept appointments, gave me a clear quote and executed the work as promised. Carlos and his crew were very professional, and courteous, and worked hard and long to get the job done in a day. Thank you!

Chris always knows what's the right thing to fix. He will also give a couple of options which I can decide based on my budget. They never try to overcharge me. Recommend Dalcon and Chris in need of electrical repairs.

An external outlet at our house had a grounding issue which required that a new cable be pulled.

Both the estimator, Kenneth, and the electrician who performed the work, Javier, were kind and professional. Both were eager to do whatever was necessary to meet our needs, make the project work, and ensure our satisfaction.

Kenneth provided clear, detailed estimates at three different price points and scopes of work. While visiting our home to draw up the estimate, he sketched a schematic to help us understand various approaches to our issue and offered resources.

When we were ready to move forward with the project, Javier further allayed our concerns. He cheerfully pulled a new cable beneath our house, which is claustrophobic and unpleasant work, and upgraded our panel to include a new breaker. His finish work was tidy and he was respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers inside.

We could not have had better service to address our electrical needs. All of the Dalcon Electric company employees provided excellent customer service. They were personable, knowledgeable, and were patient in thoroughly explaining what was to be done in a clear easy to understand manner.
