I contacted Dalcon to install a light fixture from IKEA (BAROMETER track light). Very soon they sent a gentleman named Ken to come do an estimate. He was friendly and very competent. Later Javier came to install the light. Javier did a great job. The fixture had a small defect and so there was a small gap between the brass cover and the ceiling. Javier was straightforward with me and disclosed the issue. He was patient and kind enough to work with me on improving the aesthetics. He offered to remove the fixture, tinker with the anchor below and reinstall. The second time around it did get better. It wasn't that he didn't get it right the first time - he just went the extra mile to make it better. I really appreciate his diligence.

This was the first maintenance or installation we ever did after buying our first home in March. If all future experiences will be similar to what I experienced with Dalcon, I'll one happy dude.

Javier Estrada is the electrician who is installing our EV charger at home. He calls before, coming really on time, taking no time to start the project. He's extremely helpful answering some questions about electrical stuff inside the house. Now I know I can hire trustworthy electricians from Dalcon Electric. A bonus is the cost to install EV charger is reasonable.

Javier came in at 9:00 on the dot from when I was told he would arrive, and installed a new overhead fluorescent lighting fixture in my kitchen. He was very conscientious about keeping everything clean and protected as he worked. He was quick and fast at removing the old equipment and wasted no time in installing the new fixture making sure everything was secure and plumb. Then he got to work installing a dimmer switch and snapped that puppy out with no problem. I was Glad to have him.

Dalcon is my go to electrician for my residential needs. Since we moved in, they have taken care of all my electrical issues quickly and professionally including correcting massive code violations from the seller. Carlos has been great since day one and most recently Javier took care of my sub panel compliance issue with the utmost care.

I called Dalton Electrics and received some day service. The technician they sent was Juan and he was very knowledgeable and quickly replaced the electrical outlet used for my washer. He explained the new code requirements for outlets used around water and installed the appropriate one that met my needs.

Javier was professional, engaging, and courteous. He also has a great sense of humor. He arrived on time, quickly prepared the area to protect the floor, etc. and then began the process of removing and replacing/upgrading my home electrical panel.
Once the old panel was removed it was discovered that we needed to have some sheetrock added behind the panel. Also Javier had to enlarge the wall opening to accommodate the newer (larger) panel box. It took a little longer than expected but he got everything done, added some additional sheetrock, mudded and smoothed the plaster and cleaned up the area.
Afterwards he helped me to update my personal map I created of the old electrical panel circuit breakers. I now have a new map showing the circuit breaker #'s and what devices are on those circuits.
Dalcon Electric is superior and I am extremely pleased to recommend them to everyone.
