Big shout out to Lemond Remodeling, these guys def came through with some seriously professionalism and execution. My aunt has a townhouse in San Jose, CA, and being in Florida, we had to make a solid decision on who to hire remotely. Lemon Remodeling came highly recommended from a trusted source, so we scheduled for an estimate. Project manager Eli was amazing. They utilize a project integration software that allowed us to remotely track progress, process payment schedules and approve design plans and alterations. The processed was so seamless that we couldn't be happier and more confident to hire again.

I was having problems with my shower and asked around the local nursery moms for a plumber. Someone recommended the company Lemon Remodeling and Services. Several days after meeting with Assaf, one of their project managers, without feeling any sense of pressure, we had come together to redesign the whole bathroom. I still love it today! I have two young boys and so I didn’t have the time to fuss and look at design magazines or shop around for suppliers: all I knew was that I wanted something modern with clean lines that was functional and would still work within the designs of our period house. He had gained my trust so I gave him the go ahead to source the best quality products at the best prices. I saw he has experience so I didn’t question his judgment, suppliers or prices even once. All the sub-contractors he used for things such as plumbing and flooring were a delight, and I still use them to this day. Assaf himself was charming, trustworthy, talented and very creative. He was extremely conscientious, and left no stone unturned. He had super ideas and was very au fait with all the modern changes in the bathroom design industry. The bathroom continues to function efficiently since Assaf put it in place, and looks beautiful.

We contacted Lemon Remodeling for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by Yonatan, our project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. Yonatan helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. In the summer of 2018, I had Lemon Remodeling upgrade 2 of my one bedroom apartments which where somewhat outdated. After speaking with Asaf, the owner, I had him go ahead with the project. From older rugs and linoleum flooring to updated modern hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, full bathroom and full kitchen remodel, it looks AMAZING!

Then, a few month later, I spoke with Asaf about a project I needed done, which would include: removing and replacing balconies, downstairs ceilings, and upstairs floors to bring the building up to 2018 code. Asaf took charge of the project, found a structural engineer, which the city asked for, and coordinated with San Jose inspectors to confirm the work in progress.

To this point, I’m very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Lemon Remodeling and crew.

I had wanted to add a shower to my guest bathroom, but just hadn't gotten around to it. I called Lemon Remodeling, and they made the renovation so easy! They took care of choosing matching tiles, the shower head and waterproofed, re-tiled and installed the shower in just a few days. I now have a gorgeous bathroom that I am so happy with. We want to do some additional minor renovations, and I certainly plan to call Lemon Remodeling to do it for me.

My mother came to visit me in LA, and her birthday was about to arrive. My siblings and I planned a surprise for her. We decided a renovation for her bathroom but could not find any contractor who could do the job within 14 days. My brother's neighbor suggested us Lemon Remodeling and Services, and yes they did the job within 14 days with perfection. When she went back home, we cannot forget the expressions on her face. It is the greatest birthday gift that we have given to her.

Lemon Remodeling went above and beyond what I expected.  They made our outdoor living space an extension of our home. The work was beautiful, and they got it done in record time.  Now when I have company over, we have so much more space and a gorgeous setting to enjoy our friends and family.  The whole crew was professional and efficient. I bought a property in Walnut Creek which needed a lot of work. The 2.5 bathrooms needed to be completely remodeled, the carpets needed to be removed and new floors needed to be laid down. My wife also wanted the kitchen remodeled in a particular way.

We received multiple different estimates from general contractors but all of them told me conflicting information. I wasn’t sure in which direction to go as I am no expert in home remodeling. Then Asaf from Lemon Remodeling came to inspect my home. Right off the bat I was struck by his professionalism and the time he took to explain the work to me. He never seemed rushed to finish answering my questions and sat with my wife for hours discussing the kitchen job until she was satisfied. He thoroughly explained the cost of the project and outlined what the costs covered. Overall, Asaf gained my confidence and trust and that was most important for me. Lemon Remodeling did an incredible job and we are so happy with our new laminate floors, remodeled bathrooms and super modern kitchen. I highly recommend Asaf and Lemon Remodeling for your house remodeling job.

The guys at Lemon Remodeling and Services re-did the lighting & plumbing, put in a fantastic counter-top, installed a new hardwood floor, put up a tile backsplash, changed our cabinets and re-painted our kitchen. Even though it's not a big kitchen, the changes they made have had a considerable impact. It looks great and the space is more efficient. They cleaned up inside after they were done each day. All in all, they worked with us to make sure that our ideas happened, making suggestions as well as incorporating ours into the plan. The bottom line is that the kitchen ended up pretty much how we wanted it, beautiful and more functional.

We were recommended to Lemon Remodeling by friends who told us they were easy to work with and could deliver quality without breaking the bank. We are not disappointed.

We asked them to look at an attic conversion project and they sent over one of their project managers (Asaf) the next day to look at it. He told us he wanted to bring in a structural engineer to see what was possible and he came back 2 days later with his engineer to look at it again. After spending almost 3 hours carefully examining our project, they provided us a detailed quote along with a design plan, engineering drawings and a projected timeline. They did all this up front work for free. We agreed to use Lemon for this job and so far, everything is progressing really well. They are minimizing the dust and disruption and we are able to stay in our house while the work proceeds.

Asaf is here almost every day checking on progress and answering our questions. We never feel pressure or rushed and have not had any problems or surprises.

We hired Lemon Remodeling based on the positive reviews to build our home however our experience was the opposite of the listed reviews. First they asked for the 1000k deposit which was fine however a few weeks later Dylan asked for another 20k even though the project was not starting for another year. Next they tried to make up additional extra charges onto the signed contract. Lastly, I found the owner and the PM to not able to work with other woman. In our case our architect is a woman. They refused to work with our architect. They are great to talk to as long as they are not challenged by a strong successful woman. Problems with this company will start as soon as they feel challenged in anyway especially by a female. For planning meetings Dylan was always late and often cancelled meetings minutes before the scheduled time which I found to be extremely unprofessional.
Lastly, their builder is a Putin loving psychopath. He is a short man with tiny teeth. you see him then run the other way. Our structural engineer has left our project because he said their builder is shady and untrustworthy. They took us to show a house that they were building to give us an example of their work however that was covered with lies also as later on we found out it took them over 2 years to complete that project and we were told it was 7 months. I would stay away from this company.

Lemon recently fixed my foundation and subflooring, which were damaged by two 75-foot trees planted years ago right next to the house. The tree roots had grown under the house, cracking the foundation and lifting the piers—and making major “humps” in the floors of the master bedroom, master bathroom, and living room. I was completely overwhelmed at the prospect of making the repair. Fortunately, I found Lemon and they took care of everything for me.

My experience with Lemon:

• Price—Lemon bid the lowest of the several contractors who quoted the repair. Their approach to repair made the most sense because it didn’t require damage (and additional expense) to the inside of the house. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me a product or inflate the price.

• Communication—Jacob was my project manager and spent all the time I needed to ask questions or get a project status. He seemed to anticipate my questions and reached out to me every day by phone, text, email, or in person. I felt Lemon was actively partnering with me to make the repair and that they cared that it was done well.

• Ease—Jacob handled everything the project needed—scheduling the engineering and architectural plans, securing the permits, scheduling the inspection, and doing the actual work. I didn’t have to do anything. It was so nice to let someone take care of it—and take care of it correctly.

• Comfort—I felt Jacob and his team were honest and had my best interests at heart. I was comfortable asking them questions, talking about problems that arose during the project, and having them in my home.

• Timeliness—The team was on time and very responsive. They worked every day and finished the project about ten days sooner than I expected.

• Cleanliness—The team was surprisingly clean. Digging concrete piers from under the house—in a crawlspace 18 inches high—was loud, dirty, and dusty. They protected the floors and hung plastic barriers to isolate the work space. And, after each day, the team swept up and stacked their tools nicely. Of course there was a garbage pile outside the house during the project, but it was removed within a day of the project being completed. Jacob even planned to have someone come to my house to clean it after the project was done.

What initially overwhelmed me turned out to be a positive experience. I’m very happy that I could work with Jacob and the Lemon team and hope to be able to use them again on future projects.

After days of research, I found Lemon Remodeling online. I asked detailed questions and I received all the answers I was looking for. The customer service representative was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding with the concerns I initially had. Everything was explained to me in clear and reassuring fashion. I was guided through each step of the process. I hired Lemon Remodeling immediately. The service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I primarily hired Lemon Remodeling for landscaping. Once I realized their capabilities and accomplishments through one of my friend’s driveways, I then also hired them to remodel my driveway as well. The process was extremely smooth. I love my new kitchen, the cabinets are not only beautiful, but it also makes cooking so much more efficient with the large drawers for pots & pans, the spice drawer makes it easy to find what I need fast. We also got installed a beautiful backsplash and new Carrera tile on the floor.

My wife and I wanted to renovate our kitchen cabinets and to install backsplash and wall tile to our island in the kitchen. I shopped for four different companies, and we chose Lemon Remodeling because they were knowledgeable and not pushy.  Mike knowledged to us every step of the remodeling process from beginning to end.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home, which has a lot of work to get done. We decided to start with our master bathroom, and we hired for this job Lemon Remodeling. From the beginning, Mike is transparent about cost, timeline and made it clear what was going to be doable given our budget. He earned my trust from the get-go. He makes everything happen on time. All of his workers that I come into contact with are lovely and work very hard - not to mention they do excellent work. We hired Lemon Remodeling and Services to help us with our backyard remodel. My Husband is in advertising, and I'm a fan of interior design, but we were having trouble agreeing on our visions for our yard. They were able to successfully find the happy medium between what we both wanted. We decided to get a 3D design plan before starting anything, and it was the best solution.
