My experience was so good it has me actually excited to find a new project to get started on, which is a nice change from the dread I felt when I needed a two room remodel done. Ohad is the kind of person I feel confident is going to make it right. He came in on time, on budget, and did a few things for me that weren't on the original quote, and it was no issue. THis was a remodel for my mother, and I feel confident recommending him because he took great care of her, listened to her, and made sure that she LIKED what was done, not just felt satisfied. When I pointed oout a few things that needed adjusting, there was no defensiveness or difficulty, it was all hands on deck get it done and get it done fast.
My project was a moderate budget, but when we got to know him we added on another project because it was going so well we started to think aspirationally.

We had been wanting to remodel our kitchen for years, and Ohad finally made it happen. From the initial design to the final installation, he made sure everything was executed perfectly. The new kitchen is functional, modern, and truly a dream come true!

My house is located at the foothill and part of the handrail were collapsing due to water damage. This is not a easy to build deck cause involving the foundation. Ben came and gave me a quotation the second day and other company I contacted they were all busy and never returned to my call. The process went smoothly and Ben always answered my text within hours. His crew Lorenzo was also very helpful and professional to explain and build the deck and the foundation. Their price is fair and their work is fantastic. Without Ben, I know I couldn’t handle the project myself. He gave me the idea of using durable Ipe wood on the post and pressure treated wood to build the foundation and flashing around the edge to prevent water damage to the house. The deck materials I m using is not real wood come with 50 years warranty, without using any nail except on the edge. They were patient enough to build it cause the angle of the deck were hard to calculate. I really appreciate the workmanship and so happy I finally can enjoy the deck.

After years of deterioration of my deck, I got lucky one day while browsing a Home improvement magazine I received in the mail.
A deck replacement ad caught my attention and without hesitation I called. Boy am I glad I did! The man answering the phone was personable and attentive to my needs. We made arrangements to meet, he arrived on time, discussed the job, gave me an estimate. We agreed and picked a date and on that day, his guys were on job site on time and all day until the job was done! They were professional, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. I had a little confusion with my final payment, and Quartz construction was patient with me as I worked out the kink. As for the before and after, take a look at my pictures 🙂 Thank You Quartz team!

Quartz Construction and Ohad Maloul rebuilt my 1200 sf deck with FiberOn composition decking in 3 weeks. The crew ( Ivan, Carlos, Rubin, Steven) is professional, highly trained with exemplary workmanship and aesthetic design. Ohad is an experienced project manager with effective communication skills. I appreciate the beautiful deck they created!

I worked with this company for my drawings and they not able to complete my drawings on time and I lost 4k with them. Now I am working with other architects. I am not recommending this company

We have worked with Jaggy and Sergio on our Home Addition and Remodeling project. As their name suggested, they moved quite fast. I was super impressed by their solid work in foundation, framing and roofing. Our City's standard is quite high and Jaggy managed to response and fix the problems quickly. Hence we got our permit finaled smoothly. We hired some independent civil engineer to check the house after the project is done, who highly praised the engineering quality of Realtime Construction's work.
We were also required to install fire sprinkler system through the whole house and Jaggy recommended a good contractor for us, whose quote is the lowest we have received on fire system. This guy also moved fast and past the inspection smoothly.

Sergio, Jaggi and the Real Time Construction team recently completed our renovation project. They completely gutted and rebuilt the kitchen and living room, removing a load bearing wall to make an open floor plan, adding a 15’ accordion glass door and skylights and building our dream contemporary styled kitchen. They also replaced the flooring, doors, walls, windows and trim throughout the house, built a new gabled entryway, and replaced the exterior cladding with stucco after first retrofitting it for earthquake stability.

This team really knows what they’re doing. We were particularly impressed at the speed at which they completed the demolition and framing work, which took only a couple of weeks, with the crew even coming to work on weekends. They also had exceptional skills in framing, electrical, cabinet installation, stucco, and interior finish work.

They told us right from the beginning that they weren’t going to nickel and dime us for every little change, and they truly held firm to that commitment. We made a lot of extra requests beyond the original scope of the project, and while they rightfully came to us with a formal change request process for the larger items, the smaller items just got worked into the schedule gratis.

We also lived in the house throughout the renovation. Many builders we talked with wouldn’t consider allowing us to do this, since this was an extensive renovation. However, Real Time was extremely flexible and worked around our constraints. Having observed their work that closely on a daily basis, I can attest to the fact that they are friendly, polite, accommodating, and they clean up after themselves each day.

Real Time’s bid for our project came in lower than every other contractor we talked to. Their bid was also more detailed than most, carefully considering all of the details of the project. Their change order pricing was fair, and they were willing to negotiate if I felt something was too high.

If you’re looking for a company which will give you a pretty gantt chart or web based tools and which has office staff calling to check in on you continually, this probably isn’t the right fit. Sergio and Jaggi are very communicative over text messaging, with a very strong focus on getting everything the way you want it, but are not as polished as larger firms at project management.

All in all, we are thoroughly delighted with the outcome of this renovation project, and with the professional competence, attention to detail, fair pricing, and openness to change along the way that we got from Real Time Construction. We would absolutely hire them again for this project if we had to do it all over again.

We were introduced to Real Time Construction by our Realtor. We met quite a few contractors everyone gave us a very high quote and an a long time duration for the completion of the projects. Jaggi and Chetan from Real Time Construction gave us really good suggestions and finished the project in a 3.5 weeks with no major hiccups! The pricing of the project was also pocket friendly as we had just bought a house.
Its worth working with them, as they gave good ideas, suggestions and did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Our half bath was converted into beautiful full bathroom. They have good network in the bay area, that speedened the process.

Where do I begin?! Real Time Construction made our whole project experience smooth!

We initially started looking for contractors in San Mateo, CA for our extension and remodel and were very happy after meeting Jaggi. He wasn't pushy, knew the area very well (we live in a post WWII-era track home development), and listened to our vision. His team was always on time and they communicated very well during the whole process.

One of the things that stood out to my wife and I was how creative his team is. After the rough finishes, we mentioned to Jaggi and Sergio that our plans called for a built-in bench with storage and shelves in our dining area; they asked us for some photos of how we wanted the finished product to look and they immediately went to the home improvement store to get the materials. The built-in bench and storage with shelves was completed that day - AMAZING!

The one thing about Real Time Construction that bothered me was how awesome they are... I guess we'll just have to keep hiring them for more projects!!!
