After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Top Home Builders for a bathroom conversion project. They helped us changed two connected bedrooms into a master suite, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
Shahar was our project managers and I couldn't say enough good things about his communication, knowledge and accommodations during the entire process. The initial design phase really helped us visualize what we want for the end product. The work quality of the construction team is top notch and very flexible in terms of change of plans if anything comes up. We also never had any issues with permitting and inspections since Shahar took care of all for us.

I hired Top Home Builders for some major remodeling in my home. I was looking for a completely different feel and vibe.
Sitting down with the architect was a breeze and working with Allen, the home designer, was a pleasure.
Working with the fore-person, Sharon, was amazing! Her intellect and ability blew me away. I have known many contractors in my time and she and her team were the best!
I had a wall removed, another wall reduced, the 1970s popcorn ceiling scraped off (what a mess), three new bathrooms (top to bottom) while doubling the size of the master Bathroom.
New kitchen counters/tile/backsplash were installed, new electrical and plumbing, a very cool bar area, new paint, etc...
There were a few minor unavoidable slow downs here and there (permits mostly), but I feel like I definitely got my money's worth.
Toward the end of the remodeling, there were at least a dozen "extra" little things that were not on the original contract that they took care of for me.
Sharon and her team (Jose!) were top notch. If I had any concerns or questions, they were addressed and resolved immediately.
She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I mentioned to Ofer many times that he was incredibly lucky to have such a talented team, and I meant it every time.

Top Home Builders brought our vision to reality. Excellent company to work with, Nick the office manager along with the crew kept in close contact with an excellent response time and answered any questions or concerns we had in regards to the project. The transformed our house with an updated and modern curb appeal. They changed out our old porch and transformed the area to a new entry way, an office space and a walk in closet.

Pleased with kitchen remodel. The outcome is is more than I expected. The reason we chose Top Home Builders is because of Daniel. My wife liked him the best of the 5 quotes we received. She trusted Daniel from the get go and Daniel did not let us down. When issues arose, he took charge and made things right.
One beef, we were first told 8-12 weeks. It took 17 weeks. One week was my fault, a vacation planned 2 months prior to permit issuance.

Ofer and his crew took excellent care of my bathroom remodel after a pipe burst and destroyed everything. He assisted in helping me find exactly what I wanted. The workers were on time everyday and never left a mess behind after they were done. Definitely looking forward to working with Ofer again for a much needed kitchen remodel. Top Home Builders Team did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. The 3D renders generated before demolition began helped us to communicate exactly what we wanted to the team even before any construction began, and helped us to select cabinets, tiles, granite, ect… We also loved having one company take care of everything (demolition, flooring, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, counter tops, paint, stairway, permits, everything…). Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, did beautiful work, and cleaned up each day. We are thinking about to use garage area as multifunction family room. The garage is old with bad layout and is in very poor condition: unfinished ceiling , pipes everywhere and half finished drywall hanging overhead. And it is super hot during summer and freezing during winter.

Interviewed with several companies and Shahar from Top Home Builders is the only company impressed me. He is always listening and extremely cooperative. We have a brainstorm and put all the options on the table during discussion. We finally chose the option to remodel garage and the result is really amazing. We got vaulted high ceiling with nice LED lights. All the pipes are hidden inside wall giving us smooth wall looks like brand new house. The laundry machine and tankless heater are now grouped to the corner which give us plenty of space which can be a dance studio or home movie theater.

We could not be more grateful for all the creative work Shahar's team did for us and highly recommend them and definitely will hire them again for future projects.
