Alberto and Euevardo provided top-notch service. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. Replacing my furnace was a breeze, thanks in part to their punctual arrival - they showed up a half hour early, which was great. The cleanup was thorough and the work was excellent. I'm thoroughly impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC services. Their level of service far exceeds five stars; if possible, I'd give more.

I was disappointed by this company's claims of family values and reliability, which they failed to uphold. The installation I received in February is still incomplete, with a promised permit nowhere to be found. An employee assured me it had been mailed, but that was incorrect. To get further assistance, I had to rely on the company itself for HERs testing. A-1 installs HVAC systems quickly, but their follow-through is unreliable.
