Dennis, the owner, came out and cleaned our chimney. He spent a long time explaining everything to me, as well as finding our long-lost chimney damper lever (which was WAY up the chimney). Reasonable, price, great service for Chimney Cleaning in San Jose as well as the Fremont / Newark area. He recommended we clean our chimney once every three years.

I used the services of Chimney Clean Co for the second time this fall. Their work is professional and thorough. The arrival is always on time. Cleaning does not leave a trace in the house as the technicians bring their own tarps and take care to not to let any soot fly out of the fireplace. Highly recommend.

I had a big problem - over the last ten years birds would nest every spring on my chimney and the fireplace was full of birds droppings. The Chimney Clean Company first installed a cap on the chimney to prevent any future unwanted "visitors". In a second visit they cleaned up the fireplace. I paid somewhat more because of the state it was in - but it was still reasonable, and now it looks like new.

Our gas fireplace installation went flawlessly and the work was done very professionally. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and in particular the professionalism of the installer. He was very respectful of our space and kept us updated all day. No surprises and great problem solving.

Office person was responsive and quick too. Very clear on questions and what would be done. We used them 30 years ago to put on a chimney cap.
