Dan arrived promptly, was very professional, cleaned our chimney and inspected it for any problems. He even went above and beyond fixing the cover for where we dump ashes. He worked quietly and diligently. We will definitely be having them come back. Out standing company.

Don't let these guys do inspections or repairs to your chimeny they clearly don't have eyes and can't see the exposed rebar or the obvious damaged masonry exposing wood framing visable from inside the firebox.

Look elsewhere for your own safety!!!

Just stop messing around with the rest: hire these guys and get the job done. If you are regularly burning wood you need a chimney sweep. I have a wood burning stove and it definitely needs an annual sweep. These guys have process and experience.

Our outdoor fireplace stopped working and so needed to be serviced. After looking around, we found Chimney Clean Company. They are great! We were able to set an appointment less than a week out which is much faster than I anticipated. We got a reminder call the day before—very helpful. Our technician arrived right on time. He was able to get the fireplace working but not as well as he expected. He let us know another technician would be able to complete the work and we would hear from the office to schedule a time. I called the office to check in and got an immediate response. Our follow up call would be later that afternoon—in fact only an hour after I called. Dan, the owner, arrived, disassembled the gas line, found the problem, fixed it and had the fireplace working better than ever. I really appreciated that Chimney Clean was committed to getting our fireplace working well and followed up quickly to complete the job. We will definitely call on them again.

This company is the BEST!! I strongly recommend them. Especially the owner Dan is professional, courteous and well mannered. He came over to clean my fireplace and I was very impressed how they do the job. The price is reasonable. He also gave me a quotation for removing fireplace and help me repositioned my window frame which was wrongly placed by a cleaner. Had Chimney Clean out today to help with a couple issues. The gentleman who came by was so helpful, kind, and productive. He had to go up on the roof during the rain, fixed the problem, answered all my questions clearly and completely. I couldn't have asked for better service. In addition, the person scheduling over the phone is always extremely courteous and makes sure she understands the issues when sending someone out. Strongly recommend!!!!

Great experience! I called the morning after Christmas Day and they within a few hours. The tech was very nice and brought the new chimney cap, installed within a few minutes. I am getting the chimney cleaned and inspected as well. Very responsive.

Mark did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer ducts. He realized something was wrong with the air flow, crawled under my house and found the vent was broken and fixed it. Didn’t even charge extra for that. He replace my dryer to wall connection and didn’t charge extra for that. On that top of all of this he comes across very honest and trustworthy.
