Keep away !!!!
Purchase a new hvac system from them back in 2023. They hired a third party installer to install, took 6 months to get the wiring right. Around that time I pointed out oil was leaking out of the outdoor unit but was told it was the lubricant they sprayed on it. I reached out 8 months later to inform them oil leak has increased but was never addressed. Almost two years later it stopped working. I called installer up and was told it was going to cost me $650 minimum. I chose hire another contractor who charged $478 for service call and coolant. I was also told that brass fitting was installed wrong, hence the leakage. Tried calling Sears but only could get automated recordings. After a weeks attempt I decided to bite the bullet and called original contractor for $650 to replace fittingsUpdate to reply: Phone number provided is useless, goes directly to automated recordings transferring you to Stephanie an AI to schedule appointments. No matter what option you choose, it sends you back to the exact options
