They (Kenni and his team) did an amazing job of trimming the giant palm trees in my frontyard and backyard. Post cutting they cleaned up everything very nicely. Very nice and warm people to work with. Highly recommended. Would definitely call them again for their services.Thanks for your service.

New Horizon Tree Service trimmed several trees (acacia, oak and redwood) in our house. They are very organized, do not rush the work, and Kenny supervises the work. They also asked me several times about the trimming ( I appreciated that as I am very protective of my trees). They left everything clean and orderly. In addiition, the price for the service was a fair value as compared to other bids I received. Overall great work and professionalism.

Kenni and his crew just did a great tree service job for me. I am very satisfied with their work. They did pruning on a big tree, removed 3 trees (cut to near the ground), did trimming on all backyard trees. All to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with their work ethic. They always asked me if I am satisfied with a specific job. Their price is great based on what I heard from other sources. I highly recommend them for any tree service.

Be cautious when dealing with New Horizon Tree Service and Kenni. We hired them for lawn mowing and tree service, but our experience was disappointing. Kenni quoted us for the entire job but only completed part of it. Unfortunately, we paid him via Zelle while we weren't home to confirm that the work was fully done.

When we returned, we noticed that the lawn mowing was not touched at all. We reached out to Kenni FOUR separate times to address the issue. Twice, he promised to come "tomorrow" to finish the work, and twice, he ghosted us. We were left with an unfinished job.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering New Horizon Tree Service to think twice before hiring them. Their lack of reliability and follow-through is disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere

Great experience and quick to respond with thorough explanations on the work as promised! They run a family business and give affordable prices! We would use them again when my trees is in need of more care!

Omar and I discussed the price for my job, which was to trim all my pittosporums. We agreed to $2,600 for the job. Now I find out that was the price for one day and not the entire job!!!!! I am so upset by this. Last time he was here he trimmed one side of the property for $1,500. He wants me to pay over $6,000 for the job, which is way too much. Had I known this I never would have hired him again!!!!!

They came to where I live. Broke the law by cutting down branches that had 2 active Ravens nests.
Left 3 tree trunks sticking up in the air & a
huge mess.
They're service was tree mutilation, and they didn't clean up their mess.
Tree mutilation was more like it.
If they don't know nesting laws, they should not be in business.
They don't speak English either.

If you absolutely must hire this company's terrible service crew you better be prepared to watch them the entire time they work (like children). Also be prepared for these unprofessionals to damage your house and/or property, litter all over the place and leave doors wide open even if you are not home (like my back gate). I came home to missing charcoal and a misplaced bbq... I'm glad I locked every door and window because it looks like they got real comfortable with my personal property.. maybe they had a party. If you have had problems with trees especially hardship from there storm do yourselves a favor and be patient.. choose a better company that hires professionals or salvage what you can and handle things yourself. As for me I will be filing an actual report and complaint in hopes this service crew is documented and either improved or fired. Good luck.

While the work they did was very high quality, I didn't feel like I got the value that I have received working with other companies. I live on a wooded acre in the Santa Cruz mountains. When I hire tree teams, I typically pay a daily rate for the work, and I usually have 2 to 4 days of work. Orchard's took 7 and an half days to do what others have done in much less time. The other problem I ran into was that there were days they we had fewer team members, and at times the team didn't have access to a chipper and a truck. The trees were done very well

Eddie and his crew is amazing! We are very satisfied with their service and quality. Also, Eddie is very polite and responsive

Their truck (license ending 1P1) just turned left, without a turn signal, from a right-only lane on a busy intersection in Capitola, just to cut in front of a long line waiting to get on CA-1 during rush hour. I wouldn't trust them to mow my lawn.

Orchard’s Tree Service did a really good job.
This is the second time we’ve used them, they’re very knowledgable and great at what they do. I recommend them if you have trees that need trimming to stay well shaped and healthy.

We hired Eddie and his crew to trim and prune 11 trees. His crew was fast and they left the property clean and tidy. He was reasonable and very easy to deal with. I will use him again for future trimming.

Eddie and crew did an outstanding job trimming two large trees and and multiple shrubs. Very easy to work with and listened to what I needed as well as having some great suggestions. Also, great value for the work they did and left job site very clean

Got a pile of mulch through them from chip drop and it smells like a landfill. Was told it was cedar but it is a mix of different things including some kind of palm. They could have said it was half rotten and decomposing but they acted like it was fine before the delivery. I feel lied to.

We had Johnson's take out a 40 foot Acacia tree that partly fallen into our yard. They offered a very competitive bid and the owner/arborist is one of the nicest people around. Their crew worked safely and efficiently and throughly cleared out all the debris. They were all done in half a day.
