I had Mini Split Express install a 5-room system in my house about a month ago. After getting a few quotes we, decided to go with Mini Split Express. They were price competitive, and Devin (the owner) did the best job at offering us different options for our system compared to the other companies we got bids from. The install went just as planned, and Devin was there throughout the entire install process keeping me updated. If you are in the market for a mini split system I recommend getting a quote from Devin.

Mini Split Express is fantastic. Some other AC shop quoted over $2000 to clean our mini-split. mini split was much more reasonable and showed up next day. Calvin, Zack, and Joey were great. Thank you!

A different company wanted to charge me for a service that I found out from the manufacturer would damage my mini split and void the warranty. Fortunately I found Mini Split Express. Devin correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone. He and one of his techs Zack are extremely knowledgeable on mini split systems since they work on them exclusively.

Zack came out and spent 2 hours testing, recharging the system and redoing connections so that I wouldn't have the problem again.

I've used a half a dozen AC companies over the years. Many of the techs don't know what they're doing or they want to charge you for parts that aren't broken because they are paid a commission. I found out that the techs at Mini Split Express do not make a commission, so they don't try to sell you something you don't need.

There are three things I look for when selecting a service company. Competency, honesty and a reasonable price. With Mini Split Express I got all of them.

Courteous, on-time, communicative. Devin listens to your need, and then fills it.
Timely communication with plans, updates, and reminders. Product is quality. Work is clean and top-notch. Clean-up is thorough and double-checked. I would recommend Mini Split Express to my friends.

Called this company when my AC went out on the hottest day of the summer! They came within 24 hours and repaired my system. They are professional, explained everything to me clearly and in my opinion, quite reasonable for the time and work they put in. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

I noticed what i was afraid was black mold in all 4 of our indoor units. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Calvin. He was able to give a quote over the phone (which is apparently a rarity) and schedule service for the next Monday. I had called two other companies that show up at the top of the list when you search for mini split cleaning. Today is Friday and I've yet to hear from them.
Joey and Zack showed up right on time and got to work. They assured me that it was not black mold and explained the reasoning. Huge relief but it didn't change the fact that the units needed some help.
They did a thorough job and kept the space clean by using drop cloths. Once they were done you couldn't even tell they head been there aside from the sparking units and fresh smelling air that the units were pushing.
Would definitely recommend to anyone needing mini split service!!!

Mini Split Express was referred to me by a contractor and I had an excellent experience. The owner Devin is a rare person in the construction industry. He is honest, smart, hard working and offers his services timely and for a reasonable price. He listened to what I needed and delivered big time. I definitely recommend him for all things mini split.

Devin and his crew did an excellent job of installing a Mini Split unit at our home. He and all were a pleasure to work with. My only mild complaint is that his crew might want to do a better job of cleanup after the work is all done, as there was a nail left on my garage floor and quite a bit of sawdust from drilling. Minor point that does not detract from the overall installation. I would recommend Devin without hesitation to anyone who needs a similar installation.

Devin Carpinelli and the crew at Mini Split Express are THE BEST! The system was installed quickly and professionally, and the crew was professional, respectful, and very personable. The unit works great, and I love that I can use the app to turn the unit on remotely. I highly recommend Devin and Mini Split express!

Devon did the work on my unit and showed up when/as promised with a good attitude. He knocked out the install in just a few hours and answered the phone for questions afterwards while I was setting up the wifi connection to our system. Before the installation he was communicative with the information needed for my electrician to prep the wiring back to the sub panel for the disconnect. After the installation my wife was very surprised to see that he had completely cleaned up the space and there was nothing for her to do on the inside but move the furniture back. We are critical of contractors (from experience) but I could not find anything to nit pick about this installation. If you need help with your HVAC I recommend this business.

We just had 2 mini splits installed, right before the heat of summer kicked in. Life changing! Devin and his crew were great- very friendly, handled our things respectfully, and left no mess behind. The price was reasonable too, compared to an initial conversation I had with an HVAC company.

They addressed a problem with our system very quickly and kept us informed as we waited for the part to arrive. I love my new minisplits. I got 1 in the master and 1 in the living room. I can't believe what a difference they make for my comfort. Installation was seamless and the whole crew was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I should have done this year's ago. This company only installs minisplits. They beat the price by the other companys.

Devin and his team were phenomenal. They really went above and beyond. We have several Daikin mini split units in our come close to the bay. They’re about five years old and I’m so glad we chose to have them cleaned because the crud he cleaned in there was astonishing and we clean our filters every month. Anyway, one of our pumps started to leak after he cleaned them and he came back and fixed it for us. Just really happy overall and he was very easy to book and work with.
