Inaccurate Billing and lack of communication. First, they did not give an accurate estimate of the work before starting the work which is required. Second, the rates they charged to do things were excessive however I paid the structural work because the insurance company OK'd the work. $4,059. A small job 3' X 5 foot cut in the ceiling and 48 hours of drying machines. The also did an inventory of items that got drywall dust and some water on them and tried to have my non-water damaged sofa to be restored. I said no. They sent a bill for $779.35 for this work and to clean the sofa which took them 5 mins. I refused to pay the $325 sofa charge and they simply sent it to collections where no one says they can do anything. Been almost two years and they still don't anything except have collections call and be rude. Next is small claims to get them to stop or at least remove the $325. shame I have to do this.
