Ross did a great job cleaning the carpet on my stairs and hallways and the upholstery on my sectional. I have had my carpet cleaned by other companies before and, truly, the quality of cleaning Ross provides is a hundred times better than other companies.... the carpet is 12 years old and in high traffic areas, after Ross's cleaning it looks like new. He is meticulous and takes great pride in his work. I definitely recommend him for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will be going back to him again. Thank you Ross!

I can't enough good things about this carpet company. Ross had his work cut out for him with our extremely dirty carpet. With a light colored carpet and a very active dog\family, our carpet was looking pretty bleak. Not only does our carpet look fabulous, I had him come back later and stretch a carpet upstairs! Great job and would totally recommend!

Ross did an excellent job stretching out numerous wrinkles in our relatively new carpet that he was able to show me had been improperly installed. Ross is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He responded quickly and was able to schedule our job timely. We are very pleased with our results and highly recommend his services.

If you want a true experienced professional, and a skilled carpet cleaner, Ross of Ross Carpet is your best choice! Ross addressed all my questions before starting the job. He cleaned the upstairs carpets (4 bedrooms, large landing and stairs), and 2 additional wool area rugs which look fantastic now! Ross also used his skills to stretch a puckered area of carpet in one of the bedrooms and now the carpet is level and taut—looks great—problem solved!
I know that in the future I’ll be calling Ross Carpet again.

Ross Carpet Care is my new go-to for carpet cleaning. He did an amazing job and was reasonably priced, but more importantly, the communication about every detail with scheduling was top notch. So extremely easy to work with! An added touch was the little plastic shoe covers he left for us so we wouldn't have to get the newly cleaned carpets dirty with our shoes or get our socks wet while waiting for the carpet to dry!

Ross is the best we have ever had at carpet cleaning. He is relentless on stains and making sure the carpet looks the best it can ever look. He doesn’t just clean it, he brings it back to its former life. A miracle worker on carpet.

I only write reviews when they are truly earned and this one tops them all for me. I came across Ross working harder than a fox in a hen house for a neighbor of mine. His truck mounted equipment is so robust it makes the "flux capacitor" look like a joke. I quickly found Ross to be both personable and courteous. He works his fingers to the bone and goes the extra mile without ever complaining once. He is perhaps the hardest working and most thorough and professional contractor I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Ross just steam cleaned our entire home and a few rugs... One of which is a deep pile shag area rug that was such a mess I was certain it was just going to get matted in the process and that I would have to simply throw it out. He first sprayed it with a high pressure solution then ran a rotary steamer with some kind of fluff blades over it for about 45 minutes then rinsed it back and further extracted with the wand and it came out better than new... basically a 3 step process. I mean... who does that??? See the pics for yourself! He also cleaned the stairs where my dogs had gone and we tried removing the stains to the point we thought they were permanent and never came out... All is perfect! He is the hardest working and most thorough carpet cleaner you will ever hire... GUARANTEED! And the best part is... His prices are MORE than reasonable. Hire Ross! You'll be glad you did!

Ross made my dirty carpets that haven’t been cleaned in 3+ years look brand new!!! He’s meticulous and takes his time. He didn’t miss a spot! I was considering ripping out my carpet and putting in hardwood flooring, but after he made my carpets look new, I’ve reconsidered. Will be using his services again, this time I won’t wait 3 yrs 😉

Stop searching for an excellent carpet cleaning company and call Ross! Wow! Impressive service, with great pricing and a pleasant person to do business with! Ross came and power stretched a huge area with lots of heavy furniture, he shampooed and steam extracted my upstairs and did 2 flights of stairs. He put in several hours of hard work! I found my go to carpet cleaner! Ross deserves 10 stars!
