Just Wow! Ross is very responsive. My couch looks brand new and my carpet. My house feels 10Xs cleaner! You can tell everything he used is very clean and my house smells so good. Took a couple of hours which was good because he was very thorough! I highly recommend Ross!

Using diamond-dust sanding, expert polishing, and professional sealing, they transformed our travertine to a level we didn’t think was possible. The floor now looks better than new—truly the best it has looked since the day it was installed.

I highly recommend Ross Carpet Care!! The initial company that installed our carpet did a terrible job. Months after it was installed, the carpet in all our bedrooms, loft and stairs started wrinkling and bunching up. Surprisingly, I was not able to find many companies who could handle or do this type of repair. Fortunately for me, Ross is a pro and was able to fix it within a few hours. He also cleaned our carpets and an area rug. He was very detailed, thorough, efficient, worked really hard and charged a fair price. He is such a nice guy, who took the time to explain the process of what he was doing. He was kind enough to answer questions I had on other types of flooring as well. In 40 years of hiring companies to clean my carpets wherever I lived, Ross is the absolute best!! The time and care he takes with cleaning our home’s carpet is exceptional. We have three dogs who trash our carpet. He gets it sparkling clean every time. He also does an amazing job with tile. When we moved into our current home the tile was trashed and disgusting. He took a look at it and told me that he could get the tile clean and looking new. I didn’t think he could get it to the point where we would want to keep the flooring and thought he would at least make it livable until we could replace the tile. After he was done, I actually thought he had replaced all the tile, which I knew was impossible. He transformed the tile into a brand new beautiful floor. It was amazing and saved us thousands of dollars. For the amount of work he puts into cleaning our floors his price is very reasonable. His schedule is very full, but he is worth the wait!! Call him to clean your floors!!!

I got quotes from three carpet installers to remove wrinkles from the carpet throughout my house. Ross not only came in with the best price, but was clearly the most knowledgeable. He was able to do the work the following week. Ross power stretched and trimmed the carpet throughout the house. The quality of his work is second to none. The carpet in the living room, den, halls, bedrooms and stairs is now smooth and flat once again. He also cleaned all of the carpets for a very reasonable additional cost. The carpet looks fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. I found Ross to be a man who takes pride in his work and a man of integrity. Ross has been cleaning 🧹 my carpet for a while and wanted to share how well of a job he does. He is THOROUGH and he takes the time of putting his effort into his work. There was a stain I tried twice cleaning on my own but Ross has the equipment to get rid of it! I thought about changing out my carpet recently but I'm giving it another year after his work today. My carpet looks brand new and clean-and I own a dog.

Ross Carpet Care stretched my carpet and did a fantastic job. Ross cares about doing a great job and doing it right. He wasn’t satisfied until the carpet was ‘tight enough to bounce a quarter off it’. He is also very knowledgeable, explained everything, and showed me how the process worked. He is detail-oriented, takes his time, cleans up afterwards and the result was outstanding. Pricing is extremely fair for quality work. I will be hiring Ross for carpet cleaning next and I recommend him without hesitation.

Ross is exceptionally professional and careful in all he does. Ross took extra time to explain all aspects of our carpet stretching and cleaning first. He moved furniture with our help (he would have done it alone if needed) and did an incredible job of stretching carpet in several rooms. Ross then performed the most amazing cleaning job I have ever seen, with results like new, and these are light beige carpets. Stanley Steamer can’t come close. He restored each area efficiently and provided booties for us to wear on our shoes until they dried. Ross is one in a million, and he does his own work, with over 30 years experience. There are not enough stars for this review. Ross charges very reasonable prices for super results. Most importantly, he took the time to make sure this work was up to his high standards. Most certainly recommend Ross Carpet Care.
