Stephanie was full of such kindness and so professional. Our carpet was over 10 years old with some gnarly stains from coffee, paint, and overall wear. I am very strict with services that come into my home. This company exceeded my high standards and fully satisfied all my expectations.

I once again used A & H Carpet Cleaning (they are the BEST cleaning company I have ever used!) and they did a fantastic job with my dirty carpets just like last time.

She always cleans so well, knows so much information about carpets and does not skip any steps. She presents herself very well, is clean, and someone you want in your house. She also handles furniture as needed. I always enjoy talking with her, she is so pleasant and friendly. If you think a woman can't clean carpets you don't know Stephanie! No one has ever cleaned my carpets as promised except for Stephanie!

My carpets were a dirty mess and Stephanie cleaned them up perfectly, took good care of my home and respected my concerns. Just as before when she came there was no pushy demands for extra services, yet she took the time to explain what my options were and what was good for the care of my carpets.

Stephanie is the absolute best! We have four dogs so our carpet and tile take a real beating. The carpet is on the older side but looks brand new after Stephanie cleans it. We recently had her clean our tile which covers our hall, entry and kitchen. She did an amazing job. It was so clean, it was blinding. The last time we had the tile cleaned, the cleaner used so much water that our baseboards warped. No such problems this time.

My husband and I would recommend Stephanie to anyone. She is always on time and a really great person. Our carpet and tile have never looked better.

Stephanie has been doing my carpet for over 2yrs, she is very professional and thorough. Stephanie is always on time, she gets all spots out of my carpets and does not leave it soaking wet. I have used many carpet cleaning companies in the past including Coit and Stanly Steamer. NO ONE has ever been as good as Stephanie. I highly recommend her. I promise, once you use A&H Carpet Cleaning, you will never use anyone else.

FANTASTIC! I don't give many 5 star reviews but Stephanie absolutely deserves it! Even though this is late - I want to post as I was so impressed! I was moving in August 2016 and she cleaned both the old and new home carpets. She was fantastic working with my schedule and really knows her fibers! She is a very hard worker, was punctual and very personable. I have used other big companies in the past and they did not come close to doing the great job Stephanie did. The new home carpets were so filthy Stephanie used her "super sucker" machine and the difference was so remarkable she took a picture of the difference! The carpet dried fairly quickly and felt great! I will definitely call Stephanie when it is time to clean them again!

I had a white chaise lounge upholstery that got a pet urine spot on it while I was watching a friend’s dog. I first tried a home upholstery cleaner on my own, and while it lightened the stain a little, it also spread the outline and made the fabric look worse. Bennett was honest from the start and explained that this type of white upholstery can be difficult to fully clean, especially with a pet accident, but he was willing to treat it and do his best. The results were amazing. The chaise looks immaculate and refreshed, almost like new again. There were also two buttons that had turned reddish-orange, and I originally thought the discoloration was just part of the urine stain. It turned out those areas needed special attention too, and now the fabric and buttons both look bright, clean, and white with no visible sign of the original spot. I really appreciated the clear communication, realistic expectations, and professional upholstery cleaning process. Even before the fabric was fully dry, the improvement was far beyond what I thought was possible. This was an impressive deep cleaning service, and the whole piece now looks fresh, sanitized, and beautifully restored.

I am really pleased with this carpet cleaning service. My carpet was in a really bad condition and i was attempting to vacuum the space just as the cleaner was due to show up. jaden turned up early but didn't rush me to finish my vacuuming. instead, jaden used his more powerful vacuum to lend me a hand! jaden then proceeded to effectively clean my carpets, and then charged me less than the initial quote given over the phone (he mentioned they quote a bit more just to play safe). Jaden is FANTASTIC! When we moved in, my carpets needed some serious help. He works with a great attitude, and his mask even has a smiling face on it, which my kids loved as they watched him from the dining room table!
