Appreciate the outstanding job done by The Branch. I have older mature trees and the trim and lace adds beauty and helps manage their size. Competitive pricing, came on time and left the yard clean and neat. Will use again.

These guys are great. They have come to my house 3 times now. Each and every time, they have done great job. Highly recommend them. I have had them trim my trees, remove one tree, grinded down the stump and even remove some surface roots. Will work with them again.

We have been using the Branch for several years and won't use any other tree service. Trevor and his team are phenomenal at their jobs and always top notch professionals with their work. He always takes his time to ensure things are done right and is extremely detailed in what he does. A great example is in the job, we had an overgrown Ficus which he trimmed back and in the middle of his work he noticed a hummingbird nest with birds in it on some of the middle branches which he took care not to disrupt (I could hardly even spot it even after he pointed it out). He has extensive knowledge about the trees that he cuts and always takes time to answer questions and educate so we know how to take care of our trees the best after he leaves. We thoroughly recommend them.

Trevor and his crew from The Branch in San Marcos did a spectacular job trimming our crape myrtle trees. They were professional, efficient, and clearly experts in their field. Our trees look amazing, and they left the yard spotless. Highly recommend them for any tree service needs!

I had a great experience with The Branch and I was impressed with their communication, promptness, professionalism and (most importantly) their quality of work. They pruned a giant carrotwood, a large plum tree and four citrus trees in less than three hours. The whole experience was easy, straightforward and efficient. And I thought the cost was very reasonable.

They brought out three crew members, including Trevor who was a pleasure to work with. In fact the whole crew was very friendly and extremely conscientious of our yard. When they left, they did an immaculate clean up. It truly was 5-star service and I will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

The Branch did a phenomenal job for us in Carlsbad. We closed on a new home and realized there were a bunch of palms and hedges touching our roof - we obviously cannot have that with home insurance so we quickly contacted a handful of companies. The Branch was responsive and incredibly reasonable. They safely performed the work and have everything done within 48 hours - honestly couldn't believe it! Trevor and his team were super! They showed up on time and were finished lacing our tree, cleaning up, and heading out within an hour. It’s hard to find a crew that will prune in this fashion, but they did it well. We are so pleased! (See before and after photos.)

Trevor has been taking care of our trees for several years. He and his crew are professional and careful. Trevor has shaped, pruned and trimmed the Jacaranda in the front yard year after year. Trevor (a certified arborists) from The Branch came to our home and evaluated our ~ 20 eucalyptus tree situation. At the initial meeting, he explained the difference between topping our trees and doing a crown restoration, surveyed all property and determined 10 trees to trim. He answered all our questions throughly and patiently,. Trevor provided a detailed quote within 2-3 days, his pricing was fair (comparable to our past experience using non-arborist tree trimming services) and he provided his insurance information. We worked out a good time frame for the job to be done on consecutive days. When Trevor and his team arrived to do the job, they were courteous and very respectful of our property. And Trevor, the arborist, trimmed the tees with his team handling the falling limbs and mulching. He used an electric chain saw which was much quieter and a lift which was much safer. The whole job was amazing to watch and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will hire The Branch to address our remaining trees when needed without hesitation. This review is long overdue. I am a diligent researcher and try to understand a subject matter, in this case arborism, before I invest in that subject. Trevor at The Branch has been taking care of my trees for about 8 years now, specifically, caring for my two ornamental olive trees (fruitless and pollen-less Swan Hill Olives) from when they were very young to the mature specimens they are today. These olive trees are like our children, bring so much joy to our family, and add profound curb appeal to our home and to the neighborhood in general. As one may deduce, you would not want an uncertified, inexperienced arborist to trim your trees, since cutting a branch, especially if that branch is a structural one, is forever and if you cut the wrong one, your tree will likely end up either looking wrong or will end up getting sick from not being able to store the sugars it needs. Trevor is a certified arborist professional who takes the time to look at the general shape of the tree when he trims it, from a 360-degree perspective, to make sure the tree will grow correctly in the future. As you can see from the photos, the journey my trees have taken in the past 8 years is dramatic and Trevor at The Branch deserves all the credit for ensuring they are healthy, thriving, and continuing to grow in the coveted ‘martini’ / vase shape that all olive trees should strive for. I highly recommend Trevor at The Branch and cannot say enough good things about him, the company, and his detailed approach to taking care of my trees.

We have used The Branch for several years now for annual trimming of large coral, tipu, ficus and jacaranda trees. We got several quotes initially and The Branch was competitive and professional. Trevor came out and talked about what we needed and wanted done. It is great to have a team that actually understands the various species of trees and growth patterns. The whole crew is attentive to the quality of their work and is easy to work with. They have always cleaned up thoroughly and they leave things better than they found it.

This company is outstanding and professional. We had 6 palms in the front of our business that needed to be removed. They were prompt with their quote. Once the agreement was signed they immediately took care of permits and posting 'No Parking" signs. The work crew arrived on time and performed exactly what they proposed to do. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

A neighbor hired them to cut some trees that were on our property (owned by a disabled elderly woman) & asked for our cooperation. They promised to only cut certain trees that we specified & only to trim the tops down, so we agreed. Came home to her entire grove of eucalyptus trees BUTCHERED down to the stumps!!! HORRIBLE people who took advantage of an old woman and had NO RESPECT for other's property. Even AFTER we told them to stop cutting, they waited until we went inside and then tried to cut down a tree we SPECIFICALLY requested to remain untouched. Had to threaten with police to remove them from the property.
