I am thrilled with the service we received from Polished windows and more! The instant online quote and scheduling, text confirmations, and overall communication were prompt and thorough. Kyle and Jack arrived on time and were very detailed, efficient, and overall just so friendly. I could tell that they were happy to be there and take pride in the work they do. I really appreciated how they could reach the 3rd floor of our townhouse with their equipment. Our windows, screens, and tracks look incredible! We will most definitely use Kyle and his team again in the future.

Can't recommend this company high enough! We took advantage of a recent special to have all of our windows cleaned, inside and out. The did a great job and had very very friendly workers. They noticed that a few of our screens had holes in them. I had not wanted to go through the work to have them repaired. They took the screens with them and returned them the next day! The same time frame with one screen that had a bent rim. Good work and fair prices. You can't beat this company.

I had an excellent experience with Polished Window Cleaning! My windows came out looking new!! I highly recommend Polished Window Cleaning because in addition to an amazing job, they were professional, communicative, & provided excellent customer service.

I would never use Jackson Taylor. He does not do a throw job and does not communicate clearly and is on the phone the entire time he’s cleaning windows. He said he would clean all the extra windows and remove the screens. After I saw all the dirt that was left on the windows and the screens I contacted him. He then said that he had agreed to only clean the exterior of the screens. This makes no sense because he couldn’t clean the extra of the window without removing the screens.

Very quick turnaround, and quality work done. Polished did a great job replacing some damaged screens in my house. Very friendly and polite.
