Kathy and Edwardo are quick learners and exhibit attention to detail. However, Martin is extremely slow and needed to be told to clean basic things like under the beds. It took Martin 15 minutes to clean the exterior of the fridge. From our observation, Kathy and Edwardo had to pick up Martin’s slack. There could be more team organization such as cleaning each room, vacuuming then mopping last.

Absolutely amazing service, the owner is beyond stellar. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a house cleaning. Best cleaning experience I have ever had, clients for life now.

Cali Clean is a very professional cleaning service. My questions were answered quickly and I got a bid via text without a bunch of sales tactics. Everyone is friendly and respectful. We opted for a deep clean for the first visit. Nate and Rachelle did an excellent job at a very fair price. I’m set up for monthly service now and I’ve referred them to friends already. Cali Clean offers weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning with no obligation or contract. I appreciate the option for 2 cleaners so they are in and out in just a couple hours. The entire staff strives to give excellent customer service and that’s hard to find nowadays.

Nate and his team came to my family’s home from 10am and stayed til almost 6pm for a deep clean which was long overdue. They worked hard the entire time and were very professional and respectful throughout the process. Will use cali clean team again for our next cleaning!

We’ve been using the Cali Clean Team for regular home cleanings and they are great. The team is on time, pays attention to the small details, even things my wife and I occasionally overlook. The Cali Clean Team did an excellent job degreasing in our kitchen. Bathrooms, vents, baseboards etc. sparkled with a shine of newness and the products used left the aroma of clean throughout the house. We are well pleased!

The ceiling fans which I haven’t been able to get to is finally dust & grime free . The kids’ bathroom looks great, the kitchen cabinets hasn’t been as white as they are now for a long time. Such a great experience! This was my first time using a cleaning service and my husband and I were very impressed! The turnaround time was very quick. I submitted a request for a deep clean and they called the same day and were able to schedule the following day. The attention to detail was very noticeable in all areas of our home. My jaw dropped when I saw how new our oven looked! Nate, Nate Jr and Chris were all extremely kind and treated our home as if it was their own. Will definitely return!

I had my house deep-cleaned yesterday, and Maddison from Maidpro was so thorough! There was not one speck of dust or dirt anywhere when she was done. My kitchen and bathrooms are even sparkling clean!

Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? YES!!! It was worth every penny.

I hired MaidPro for a move out clean, the communication was great , we got a quick date and time for them to come out. The problem came from the actual clean, I did a walkthrough and told one of the girls to re-clean a few areas and pointed out areas that were missed. I repeatedly said what I needed done just to make sure everything was taken care of. I paid cash and then stepped out so they can finish. When they all left I went in to close windows and do a walkthrough, NOTHING I pointed out was cleaned. The stove was full of lint and spots, the microwave wasn’t cleaned, the floors were not vacuumed or mopped, the mirrors weren’t cleaned, multiple window seals were dirty, baseboards untouched. For $500, 2.5 hrs and 3 cleaners, this should have been spotless. The house was empty there is no excuse. I took pictures and contacted the company immediately. Thankfully they sent one of the cleaners back out to my house, Bailey, and we did a walkthrough together and she said herself she was shocked by how the house was left. She redid everything and it was up to standard. But 5 hours of my day wasted, I hired cleaners so I didn’t have to spend those hours there I could have done other things I needed done.
The management and whoever I spoke to on the phone was great, they were professional and polite about the situation. Request Bailey if you’re going to hire this company.
