I have had several staff members clean my home and all have done an excellent job while being friendly and yet professional. I love the fact that they bring their own supplies and their vacuum that is so good at getting all the dog hair. Lia was the latest staff member and once more did a great job.

Emily always does a great job. She always comes with a smile, and takes her time to clean every surface and they shine. The office staff is friendly and quickly respond to all my correspondence.

Bailey did a great job! Love coming home after a MaidPro visit. I highly recommend MaidPro.

MaidPro has really made it easy for me to help my parents. I live in a different state than my parents. As my parents got older, it was harder for them to manage all the household cleaning chores. Going home for 2 weeks each year was not enough to help them, so this past year, I hired MaidPro to do a biweekly clean. My parents are so happy with the service. It is so easy for them to schedule the service. The staff are friendly, very thorough, and caring. I have so much piece of mind knowing that I can help my parents from so far away. We were very happy with the service we received. Rain did a wonderful job; very professional and personable. As we get older, this service is so needed as it helps us keep the house at the level of cleanliness we desire and used to effortlessly maintain when we were younger.

Originally unhappy with deep cleaning service. I called the company to discuss and felt listened to. They worked with me to quickly get the issue resolved. Maids came out the following day free of charge and resolved prior issues. Kalli and Chelsea were great! Would ask for them back next time. Thank you!!

Chelsea came out to clean two bathrooms and the oven due to me not being able to do it. She was punctual and prepared with all her supplies. She approached the cleaning as if it were her own home. She was meticulous and paid great attention to details, not rushing the job. Everything was AMAZING! The tubs looked brand new!! Thanks so much Chelsea!!!!

After a long enough period of having Chelsea come and clean my house, I admit this is no regular cleaning company. They back and support their employees, and are very fair in price. Because their employees talk so highly about the company means something to me as a consumer. My house is immaculate when Chelsey leaves. I was very pleased. This was a last-minute thing we had to get a dorm room cleaned ASAP because it was left filthy By one of the roommates upon return to school, so Molly Maid was able to literally go out same day worked around their schedules and cleaned it for us. I Definitely recommend them!

This was my first time using MM. I was incredibly impressed! Blanca found a window of time to fit me in before Thanksgiving. She is extremely kind and patient. And major kudos to Team #6, Ilse and Elsa!! They were so professional and did an amazing job. It is more expensive than having a non-company come in but they are insured and bonded. It gives my HR-liability-legal brain major peace of mind. I will definitely use them again.

Team #6 did an excellent job on my house. Elsa & Ilse did a deep cleaning of my home today. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently, made some excellent suggestions & were very pleasant to work with. I was so impressed that I called Merry Maids & requested having Ilse & Elsa start cleaning my home on a permanent bi-weekly basis. They have truly started the holiday season for me.

While a bit pricier than independent house cleaners who own their business, I wholly believe that I’m getting what I’m paying for. Molly maid comes with expected professionalism and I feel comfort that their cleaners have been background checked. I know that the cleaners will show up on time, every time. I love that they come in teams of two or more, that way I don’t have a cleaner at my house for hours and hours at a time. They always do a good job and my house always feels pristine afterwards. The customer service is always there to help rearrange any schedule changes I might have, and honestly, I just really appreciate a small business that doesn’t ghost me or forgets me as a customer. Will continue to use them, and recommend them to anyone looking for regular home cleanings.

We had Molly Maids of North County come in for a Deep Cleaning of our condo after having our Daughter and her family, plus their dog, live with us while they remodeled their place. We can not recommend them highly enough. Our amazing Team Alma and Porfinia, with their attention to detail, left our home thoroughly clean and sparkling. We were impressed with their professionalism, how they continued to focus, and took pride in their work. We were also pleased that their supervisor came towards the end of the job to check their work, and to see what we thought of their work, if there was anything they missed, etc.

We had the cleaners come and do a deep cleaning and they were great!

Team 9 did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I do not have regular service and my master bathroom really needed a deep clean. It looked spotless when she was done with it and a much more efficient job than I could have done myself! Thank you, Team 9!

Edit 9/28/2025: Team 9 strikes again! I called for another one time clean and was so happy to see the same Team 9 members again after appx 9 months. They both did an excellent job (especially with the Master Bath!), was efficient and courteous. Happy customer, here!

The cleaning was probably one of the best I’ve ever had in any of my homes. Great attention to detail…everything was spotless and nothing overlooked. Even my husband was impressed and he’s not that observant regarding housecleaning.
It’s a very pricey service…but “you get what you pay for!” I will use them again on an occasional basis just not weekly or bi/weekly.
