Had my first experience with Molly Maids. From the free estimate to the finished service was great. Happy to find a cleaning company that is prompt, thorough and respectful.

I was moving out of a condo I had rented for a few years. Calling Molly Maid was the best decision ever! I was busy finishing up packing the last few boxes, and loading my U-Haul when the two cleaning ladies showed up. (Right on time I’ll add!) I told them I wanted the showers scrubbed and the mini blinds cleaned. I had planned to clean everything else later. I went outside and continued my packing. When I came back inside 1.5 hours later, they had done what I had asked AND ALSO washed the windows, vacuumed, and scrubbed every spot of the condo! What they accomplished was amazing! Very hard working and joyful too! I am so happy I called them!

The limited cleaning services provided were performed well. However, there were two people one adult and young person. I think the adult performed most of the work which took 4 hours just to clean the upstairs. They did not clean the first floor due to time limit. I will never pay someone hourly again. It should not take 7-8 hours to clean an uncluttered 2600sq ft home.

This was the first time that I used Molly Maid. I needed a deep clean and needed it done soon. I was very impressed by the professionalism and conduct of Molly Maid, everyone that I encountered was respectful and kind. The cleaning professionals that came into my house were focused and dedicated to the job. They are affordable and my house looks great! I will definitely be utilizing this service again.

Avoid this company. Terrible communication and worse cleaning.

We booked Molly Maid for a required move-out clean and were very clear that we needed a morning appointment with advance notice because we both work. They repeatedly changed the time window, showed up without the promised 30-minute call, left for lunch instead of waiting 15 minutes for entry(when they said they would wait 15 minutes and we made it in just under), and came back an hour later.
After they “finished,” almost nothing was cleaned. Dust was smeared around, cleaner was dripped all over the floors, and the fridge, showers, and stove were untouched.
When we complained, they refused to return at a reasonable time, wouldn’t come the weekend (despite advertising it), and blamed us for “not working with them.” They offered only a 10% refund.
We had to hire another cleaner last minute. Thankfully we got our money back through our bank.
Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

We requested a move out cleaning for a 4 bedroom condo that we have been in for approximately 7 years. The place was in good condition, but once you remove your furniture etc you might be surprised at how it looks.

The 2 ladies that came to perform the service were right on time and did an amazing job getting the entire place cleaned and looking great. I am actually so impressed that I will be arranging routine cleaning from them at my new home.
