Super slow, building has been without power for two days

They upgraded our electrical panel so we could add solar. They were professional, easy to work with, and did a great job! Highly recommend!!!

One of Dave's team members showed up right on time, and he did a fantastic job! Even without knowing how other electricians had worked on the doorbell circuit before, he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. Along the way, he noticed a few small things that hadn’t been done quite right by other companies and kindly pointed them out. Also gave me some tips on protecting my main breaker from power surges. Really appreciate the hard work and honest opinion, would definitely recommend this team to others!

The electrician spent an hour in our place to check the reccess light installation and other electrical work we wanted to get done. He said that he will email us a quote. 1.5 months and multiple phone calls later, never gave us a quote. Wasted our time and left us hanging. On top of that, he broke one of our reccess lights when he first came to our place.

They were hired to replace old mechanical timers with digital timers. Now lights come on too early and shut off too early. Their workmanship violates the National Electrical Code and now we use a qualified electrical company instead.

Professionalism. That is the key word to describe the service that Jose and his team provided. I hired them to install permanent outdoor lights around my house. I have a tall house with challenging peaks. They handled the work with care and stood behind their implementation even when a small issue came up a day or two later. I have already referred them to my neighbor and would gladly call on them again for future projects.

Had my ADU wiring done and upgraded the main service. Very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Great communication on progress and recommendations of what to consider for future, like EV connection and possible lighting considerations. Every week this Church feeds in upwoards of 500 people. Ridgeway has repeatedly helped Churches out of electrical jams many times for nothing in return. For years they have sponsored children's soccer, baseball, and volleyball teams, youth scollarships and so much more. This is a company with and exceptionally generous heart. My personal expreince with Ridgeway Electric is nothing but positive!

What I like best is having one of your company vans parked in front of my neighbors houses all weekend long.

Extremely poor customer service. When I called to resolve an accounting issue, the person who answered was surprisingly rude and dismissive. She interrupted me mid-sentence, asked for clarification and then accused me of talking over her when I tried to clarify my responses when asked. The whole exchange felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional.

While the company’s electrical work itself seems fine, the lack of respect and basic courtesy on the administrative side makes it hard to recommend them. It’s frustrating to deal with a business that treats customers this way when you’re simply trying to get help.

Arrived promptly and efficiently replaced the fuse, leaving everything tidy and functioning perfectly within 45 minutes.
