Diego and Circlefoot did an outstanding job on our backyard remodel. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and Diego dealt with every item head-on with clarity and professionalism. He managed all trades flawlessly, which made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

The result is a backyard our family truly enjoys. Outdoor dinners, movie nights, games with friends, and yes, hot tub and cold plunge sessions for some of us. The space is both beautiful and functional, and it’s become a central part of our home. I would absolutely recommend Diego and Circlefoot to anyone considering a backyard remodel.

I am puzzled by some of the unfavorable reviews of this company, which has done excellent general landscaping maintenance and improvements for my condominium association for many years now. We've enjoyed our annual walks around the complex with the owner to be helpful and responsive, taking careful notes of our observations and providing reliable followup measures. And Jorge in particular has responded immediately and with admirable expertise, whenever we've had problems with equipment failures or any other issues that have needed a prompt response. I would highly recommend this landscaping firm to other HOAs needing a regular landscaping service

Needs to learn that it's not cool to blow off a stop sign when crossing Delaware Street.

Don't use this company they are very unprofessional in all aspects.

Crew violating COVID-19 shelter in place, and doing an ugly trim job to boot.

Great and knowledgeable, extremely professional service with we'll train, educated, and professional field technicians and administrative staff.

Aside from breaking multiple city laws and covering my house in mulch, they are incredibly rude. I didn't even hire them; they're doing work nearby. They leave messes including lunch trash.

We are very happy with the work recently done by Loral Landscaping in our front and back yards. They were efficient and reasonable! They extended a rock wall which matched perfectly with our small existing one. It was all coordinated by Nancy Curtis and she was a pleasure to work with. She incorporated our ideas and added great suggestions.

Low integrity. This would be the most accurate way to describe this company; its owner and employees. They have long serviced the grounds around my condominium development, and to my demise, one day they were trimming trees right above my parked car. These guys had already put huge, very visible and very deep scratches into my 6-series BMW before I was able to move it from additional damage.

Immediately, the owner was quick to point the finger at me; that I had been keyed and that it would have been impossible to scratch my car [with the very sharp bypass tree pruners and pole saws they were using above and around the car, I might add]. I informed the owner that my father owned a landscaping company, and when his employees accidentally damaged other cars, he has ALWAYS offered solutions, no matter what.

Be careful of these guys. Keep your cars away - they are very careless and cold-spirited and will do everything in their power to avoid liability.

These workers don’t seem to respect legal city code ordinances. They’ve shown up well after the city code ordinance of 5 PM shut off time for residential areas (San Mateo).

Once you inform them that they’re basically breaking the law, they don’t care and lie to your face that you’re wrong and the legal cut off time is different. I would never give these people business nor would I refer them. If they have no respect for hard-working people who don’t want to hear their stupid leaf blowers after legal hours, then I don’t give them business-it’s that simple ;)

This company has very friendly and experienced associates, a wide selection of materials and styles from which to choose, and very reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend having them over for an estimate.

I was looking for a company to replace my outdoor landscape lighting with higher quality fixtures and better focus on the features of the property. Will scheduled time to come by and look at the task, and had great ideas right out of the gate. With LED fixtures and an app to control things, the new fixtures are a pleasure to look at and to use. He added a resort quality glow to parts of the place that I love.
His company is professional, responsive, and communicative about the work they are doing. I'll hire him in the future.

We worked with Sequoia for redoing our back yard with a new patio and artificial turf. Will was very easy to brainstorm with, helped us plan out the project, and kept the whole thing very organized. We had a deadline to be ready before a weekend party, and the crew worked in heat and rain to get done a full week ahead of the event. Everything looks crisp and professional, and was done in a steady, organized fashion without any surprises. I'm absolutely bringing them back for the work we need in the front yard.

Being in the real estate business, I have had the pleasure of working with William and Luke on several projects. While their work is outstanding, I was most impressed with their communication and follow through. Construction projects can be very stressful, but they make the process seamless.
