Easy to set up appointment and a lot of time availability. Clear communication with text and email confirmation. A reminder text was even sent out day of before appointment start. The text included picture profile and info of the service tech who will be servicing the call which i must say is a nice touch! Martin was our tech he was very friendly and courteous he arrived on time if not minutes earlier. He wore shoe covers when entering the house. He took his time to diagnose our furnace issue and explained everything. Prices was very fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend Fuse for all your hvac and electrical needs!

We have had three systems installed by Fuse. The process has been easy and efficient each time. The installation teams are very professional and efficient, finishing the job in the allotted time.
This time, Alex and an associate replaced our old gas furnace with a ducted heat pump system. Alex was very easy to work with to determine the placement of components. The job seemed huge - tools and equipment everywhere. They finished the work in two days, working past six both days, and left the area spotless.

Our walk-in fridge went down so I called and they sent Valerii out the same day. He was a handsome man of few words that identified and fixed the problem within an hour. 10/10 experience, will use them again.

Unless you want to make a big dent in your wallet, won’t recommend them. Called them twice for a dryer repair in 3 months, I could’ve thrown away and gotten a new one for cheaper than employing their services!

This is the second time I get help from Fuse. The first time is for repairing furnace, which I had excellent experience. This time is a much bigger job. I had my AC unit replaced. On Thursday, hot water suddenly didn't come out. And I had to out of the house all day on Friday. I wanted to hold out for at least a weekend if possible, so I called a plumber at Friday afternoon that a friend had recommended, but it wasn't successful.
I was interested in the heat pump, so I asked for some estimates on Friday night, but there was no answer, and I had to take a shower with a cold mule for four days. It was particularly cool as if it were a not summer weather.

Fortunately, Monday morning we started received to get serveral quote and realized that the heat pump was not enough space to setup in my house.

So I chose Fuse, which offered the fastest and most reasonable price. I just chose to replace it with the same new gas heater, and everything was done in about an hour. Of course, I had to pay an additional pay because I needed a velve replacement, but I'm satisfied that I can take a shower with hot water in four days.

They always patiently explain what they did/what’s needed/what they recommend/etc. They give the kind of service that feels neighborly and community oriented despite being in a big, sprawling city as if they are there to look out for your needs and help you, not scam/cheat/or do shoddy work. Prices are always fair. Work is efficient and focused. Every interaction is respectful, knowledgeable, communicative, and clean.

I had a simple water heater expansion tank replacement job, was considering going with a handyman over a full plumbing outfit. They gave me a competitive quote, were available within 24h and got the job done in under one hour. Can't get any better than that. Sold.
