WOW! Had a Heat Pump/AC installed and they did great. It took some time to get the permits (the city was taking it's time), but once everything was completed they got the work done fast and efficiently even coming on a Saturday to do the electrical work that was needed before the main work was completed. There will be no need to do any trim painting and they cleaned everything up before leaving. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and competency of all the employees at Fuse. The estimate/contract they sent us was also exactly the final bill. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

A guy came out to estimate a couple things, one of which was a Span panel installation. Guy was knowledgeable and the estimates were very competitive. There was a minor miscommunication, but they resolved it to my complete satisfaction.

When they did the Span panel install, everything went smoothly and as expected. Vitalii did a great job on the panel, and left everything working and clean.

Installers completed the 4 day estimated job in 2 days. They (2) came on time
and worked full days. They stayed until 7p the 2nd day to complete and test our new heat pump. They were clean, organized and Respectful They hauled away the old unit and packing materials. They had to climb up our stairs and work in the attic so they hand carried everything in pieces and assembled it in the attic so they could get thru the small access ceiling hatch. Highly recommend.

Fuse Services, came and install EV charger for my home. Technician was very polite, professional, also very knowledgeable of the work that needs to be done. Ran the electrical wire from the back of house all the way to the front. The installation took a whole day to complete, longer than expected, but the Technician took his time to make sure everything is patch up, wires working correctly, Ev charger charging and no mess. Very happy and satisfied with the installation, I definitely recommend Fuse Services to others. Thank You!

Alex came yesterday to diagnose why the exterior of our refrigerator was hot to the touch. First he needed to pull our fridge out from the wall so that he could access the rear of it. This was a very difficult task, because our fridge had not been moved in a long time, and some debris had accumulated under it. Alex was very patient and diligent in getting the fridge to finally come out.

Once he did so, he quickly determined that the problem was dirty condensor coils. He meticulously cleaned the entire area until that part of the unit looked brand new. I have included the "after" picture but unfortunately did not think to take a "before" picture showing how filthy the back of the fridge was.

Afterwards, Alex put the refrigerator back in place, and cleaned the floor. Throughout the whole appointment, he was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and generous with his time. This is my second time working with Fuse HVAC and I will definitely work with them again!

Their service has gone down compared to what they used to be. I have their bi-yearly service package. Their manager never calls to schedule service. Last time for HVAC system service at my home, their technician showed up without air filter. Luckily we had our own filter. I called to file complaint. The lady noted my concern but never had a courtesy to call back.

I’ve used FUSE on two different and smaller jobs: replacing my laundry box (plumbing) and installing a ceiling fan (electrical). The first was urgent, the second I’d wanted to do for years. The first case got me a next-day on site estimate and installation, which was great because there was leakage. The second had a video estimate, which was a new process, but made very smooth by FUSE. In both cases, the on site workers were efficient and professional. I’m grateful to know who to call for consistent and reliable service in a variety of areas!

Fuse installed the heat pump in my home last week. From start to finish, I was very satisfied with the whole process.
Estimate: I was given the estimate by Roby Shiroma. Before I met him, I met with about 4 other companies (Costco affiliated vendors, HVAC companies I worked with before, other recommended companies). Roby gave me the best estimate for the heat pump and also was the fastest at giving me a detailed accurate estimate. Other companies tried to upsell me in various ways. For example, one company said I needed to change all my old home ducts (about 30 years old) for $7k first before I could install the heat pump. Roby said it wasn't needed and explained why. Roby was correct because my heat pump works perfectly now. He was also a great guy to talk to. Friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable.
Installation: Installation was done by Azamat B. I am very pleased with his work. 5 stars! He worked hard from morning until late at night for two days to install the heat pump. When he was done, the heat pump made a high pitched sound when air was blowing through the vent. It turns out it's because the force of air was so strong that when going through the vent, it made a musical effect, like blowing through a flute hole. Azamat came back on another day with another vent to fix the problem, at no extra cost to me. The new vent I saw sold at Home Depot for more than $100, but he did not charge me for it. On top of that, he was a very good guy. Very gentleman and nice.
Other: Another great thing is that Fuse clearly tells me up front the rebate I can get from City of San Jose for the heat pump, and also what other benefits I can get. This was very helpful.
Conclusion: They spend effort to make their customer to be satisfied, which I appreciate very much. My heat pump is working perfectly now and is silent, which is great. I saw from my solar report that it is using significantly less electricity than my prior Carrier unit, so I am very happy. Thanks to all of you at Fuse team!
