Our water heater leaked overnight, and I knew I had to call Wizard Plumbing. Our past experiences with this company have been superb, so it was a no-brainer.

Kyle came out the very next day, inspected the unit and said it needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to work on it immediately. It only took less than 2 hours of his time, and he was done. Kyle was fantastic to work with!! I had a pleasant experience. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours and now were up and running again. Yay!!! I highly recommend Kyle for your water heater needs.

Ignacio was fantastic. This plumber was personable and professional. Prompt to appointment and cleaned up after getting rid of a really hard sewer line clog. Price was reasonable. Will definitely be using Wizard Plumbing in the future.

I have to say, I had a great plumber named Ignacio Ramirez. He did a great job unclogging the shower drain, which was not easy. He went above and beyond in explaining the job and was not going to leave until the shower was unclogged. I appreciated his knowledge of plumbing. He kept me in the loop about everything. Thank you!

The low rating is for their customer service. I had an appointment scheduled, which was confirmed via an email that Wizard sent to me, and a text message confirmation. On the day of scheduled service, the appointment window passed and the technician had not shown up. I did not receive any notification that the technician would be late. I called Wizard multiple times, and was put on hold with the dispatch department. No one answered the phone. I left a message, and no one called me back.

I finally received a text message indicating that my appointment had been changed to a different date without my knowledge or consent. I called again to ask why and how this was changed, and was not provided with an explanation.

I took time off from work for this appointment. I understand that delays happen, but it is also reasonable to expect some level of communication and a call back. Even after the work was completed, I have not received a call back.

The work that I had done was not complicated. But the inconvenience and hassle with getting the work scheduled was not acceptable.

Todd and Kyle came out today and the whole experience was fantastic. The dispatch was super responsive to start. I had a 75 gallon water heater that flooded my utility room. They sent out the two techs within hours of opening of business hours. Our situation was a bit special. Water heater two stories down and in a weird framed in closet the tank did not fit out of. They moved the washer and sink for me and left to do another job while I sawed apart the frame. That was on me for obvious reasons. I had to move electrical wiring too. The 75 gallon did not fit through the frame. Once I was complete I called and they were back in an hour. The entire new 50 gallon water heater was installed by end of business and less than 24 hours after the first discovery. It fit better. Operated better. Both techs were courteous, professional, knew exactly what they were doing as they were specific to water heaters. I will definitely call them again in any emergency. The other company called me to schedule the estimate when wizard was almost done….

Ammar from Wizard plumbing came out same day to fix me emergency. I would not have been able to open my business the next day without his help. He had to perform a major hydrojetter procedure on my plumbing. Everything works great now. I will call Wizard Plumbing again if needed.

I’ve lived in a house that was built in 1947 for 10 years. So I’ve had more than a few plumbers come through for various issues during that time. A termite inspector found a leak, so I panic-called the first result on Yelp (I don’t usually do that). Wizard Plumbing came through, assessed the situation, and gave me a number of options, each with associated costs. Not one to mess around with plumbing, I went with the most extensive & labor intensive option (and I’m glad I did; see pix). Out of all the plumbers I’ve done business with over the years, Wizard Plumbing proved to be — by far — the most honest, fair, competent, experienced and thorough. In fact, if I made a Venn diagram with all of those attributes for each of the plumbers I’ve done business with, Wizard would be the only one that made a perfect circle. They’ve definitely made a customer for life.

Made an appointment three days prior, they took down all of my information and asked me a bunch of questions. The morning of the appointment, I get a text message saying they do not service my area and have to cancel. Why didn’t you tell me that three days ago when I made the appointment and gave you my address? Waste of time.

I lost hot water pressure and right away I knew something was wrong with my water heater. Since it was Sunday I had to email a few places and one of them was Wizard plumbing. Monday morning I got a few responses but Wizard plumbing was the quickest of them all and could dispatch someone urgently. Kevin arrived and identified that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, after answering my many questions and making calls around to find the model I wanted. Shortly after Dino arrived and the pair not only replaced the water heater but also fabricated a custom pan to adhere to the current drain that was in place. They also replaced the leaky hot water valve as well as an automatic shut off valve. Throughout the whole time, they were curious, attentive, and thorough. They got the job done wonderfully and quickly within a few hours; this was exceptionally important as we have little kids. As they say, you get what you pay for and with Wizard plumbing, you get every Penny's worth. Don't just look for the cheapest but look for quality and Dino and Kevin are a great example of why that is the case. Thank you very much. A rockstar team for sure.
