Joseph Jackson was a very lovely person, got everything done in about 90 minutes. $40 annual water heater flush (tax included), I think the wonderful guy deserves a raise or promotion so he can learn more about the San Mateo market more - would recommend!

I've been using Wizard Plumbing for years. They replaced my sewer lateral in addition to many other plumbing issues. Ignacio was awesome and he really took the time to understand the issue and quickly resolve. I highly recommend Wizard Plumbing and Ignacio.

we waited entire sat but ended up rescheduling due to scheudle late

we spent 2k to open the ceiling to examine but cannot find root cause. We have not receive report after two days.

i kept asking myself how stupid i am to spend 2k to open the hole and not getting anything back!!! no report, no receipt

I called around 2:30 pm and they were here promptly around 4:10pm. They were able to unclog my kitchen sink and they cleaned up after themselves and also made sure that everything was sealed up properly and promptly. They gave me a great deal. We'll definitely call them again if needed.

Devon was very helpful and thorough. And although cleaning all the grease from our 70 year old pipes was a messy job he did a great job of cleaning up. He also did a good job of explaining my choices for cleaning the pipes. I just wish he could fix my stove hood fan too!

I had an urgent kitchen drain clogging problem. I picked wizard plumbing because of their great ratings here. All plumbers use a central AI scheduling agency. The technician was courteous and suggested hydro jetting as the remedy, which was what I needed. Facing the stubborn clog challenge, the tech called in a senior specialist who eventually got the kitchen drain cleaned. They did a camera inspection to make sure. The whole process took 3 hours.
They charged $1875 for the job. It's quite more than my Google search suggested. So when they quoted me $4387.19-10% to fix the cleanout cap thread damage, I declined. When I asked my general contractor for help on that, he pointed me to a $8 pipe-end plug from Home Depot. It solved the problem.
Wizard Plumbing can get the job done, but the job does not include saving you money.

Really happy with how everything turned out. The technician Jonathan showed up and was both friendly and professional. The tankless water heater was installed efficiently, and the work was clearly done with attention to detail. Everything’s running great—wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent business. Not returning calls. Transferring to people that did not know how to help up to 4 transfers per phone call. Estimating a job to be scheduled for Friday then Saturday then Monday then Tuesday then still completely past the time window and no calls to inform of delay and not returning calls and messages....

I had Wizard Plumbing and Drain come out to do a flush on my tankless water heater. A broken valve complicated the task but Simon went out of his way to replace the valve that day so we were able to have hot water in the evening. He came back the next morning to complete the work and with an excellent assist by Sufian the job was completed and well done.

Excellent experience. Easy scheduling and they were on time. Brian was an excellent technician and displayed competence and courtesy throughout the service. This is our second great experience with Wizard Plumbing.

Showed up within an hour to do the repair. Repair man was very personable. he quickly had the drain cleaned. I would not hesitate to have him back to do further repairs if needed.

Central office does a good job coordinating field technicians. Technician Kevin arrived on time. He was thorough and detailed in his work. In addition to the water heater, he also checked every faucet in house in detail - no extra charge. He shared very useful advice on plumbing aspects as well.

Jonathan and his crew were great. Very professional and easy to work with. We had a main back up at a large apartment complex and he was on the job and had control of the situation in hours. I never needed to show up, they took care of things and made it easy.

Our technician Brian was extremely polite, informative, and highly professional. He explained the diagnosis clearly and in terms that were easily digestible. He not only cleared our drains, but went above and beyond and explained how/what was causing the blockages, and put together the sink (and everything that was stored underneath it) even cleaner than how it was before he arrived.
