This company has been using our contractors license for at least 2+ years. We ARE All Pro Plumbing and the licence number he is using and has on his invoices is ours. We’ve been a sole proprietor plumbing company out of Citrus Heights, CA since 1993. Please ask him for his contractors licence number before doing any work with him. Check it out via www.cslb.ca.gov. If it says Citrus Heights it’s our license. Please report him. It’s not ethical or fair to the rest of us.

Disappointed and I feel betrayed by the owner, Ifran - you be the judge. I had an issue with the recirculating pump. Ifran seemed to speak very well over the phone so I agreed to his estimate to replace it. However; when he came, he claimed that it might be a different issue - in hindsight, I believe he simply didn’t have the parts with him and never intended to! He spent about 15 minutes emptying some water with a plan to come back to do the replacement if it is not working which of course it hasn’t. As a sign of good well, I paid him $50 downpayment since he made the trip. Since then, he kept on giving me appointments and not showing up - I actually lost a day from work waiting for him. He became elusive and difficult to pin down with various excuses whenever I got hold of him. While I was direct and honest with him, he wasn’t! Thinking about it, he is either incapable to do the repair, unable to honor his estimate, or does only the band-aid jobs and in all cases not-professional.

He puts a good talk - so be very careful. Lastly, I couldn’t find his license at the California State License Board! You should only do business with whom you trust.

From the initial phone call to the final check-up, I felt like I was in good hands. The plumber was professional, on time, and did a fantastic job.

SCAM!!! After taking $2600 Ifrain pretended to install a tub for a day then promised to return the next day to continue on the problem. We called him from multiple numbers multiple times and kept receiving ignored calls and false promises claiming he'd be back the next morning at 11 am. .. he never returned. Its been over a week now and we've yet to hear back from ifrain.. so until we do or until we get our money back I'll be leaving reviews in order to warn future customers so they don't have to be scammed by this man as well.

Easily one of the most professional trades people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They came out at 9 o’clock on a Friday night to clear a disgusting back-up that could not wait. I had only booked it a couple hours earlier and they came exactly when they said they would and called when they were in their way to keep me updated on their arrival time. They were concise and efficient and made the repair quickly and cleaned up their mess and explained to me the cause. I appreciate their electronic receipt and in the end it saved me $200+ over what others were quoting me.
I will definitely keep their number and would highly recommend them.

All Pro, in particular, its owner Mr. Ali, has been fantastic. We had an emergency problem with a broken injector pump at our home. He has been responsive, very knowledgeable and mindful of cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues to be addressed.

When our bathtub suddenly stopped draining, I dreaded calling a plumber and having to clean up all the mess. Luckily, I called the right people for the job! I was extremely impressed with All Pro Plumbing from the very beginning. Not only did Ifram put on shoe covers (always a hit with me), but all the tools came in a closed and very compact case. He finished the job extremely quickly, gave me a 90-day call-back guarantee, and there was absolutely no mess (except around the drain, but that can't be helped). It's wonderful to feel that you're dealing with such an absolute professional!

Plumber was super cool. Arrived within the time slot and was punctual. He told us what he was going to do and went straight to work and did quality work. Very good pricing especially for a bay area Plumber 10/10 would use again. Thank you!

Ifran showed up within an hour on a Sunday to take a look at a problem I was having with a shower drain. He explained the problem thoroughly and showed me where I had erred in fixing the issue myself. He put the tub shoe back in place that I should have never removed and said to snake this type of tub from the overflow. There was no charge for his time, explanation of the problem, effort putting the tub shoe back in, and testing the drain.

All Pro Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing needs in the future and if you're reading this, it should be yours too.

I highly recommend All Pro. Ifran came out to help me troubleshoot why my outdoor natural gas line for my grill was not working. Turns out it was an extremely simple fix (there was a second gas line valve that was turned off which he figured out immediately), and he didn't charge me for the work! He was extremely nice, and responsive throughout the booking process as well. I can't recommend him enough!

Thank you Ifran!!! I called All Pro Plumbing on Saturday eve after my plumber friend spent the entire day trying to figure out where the sewage water was coming from. We couldn’t find it. I asked Ifran to make sure to bring 150 feet snake/camera/jet because the 100 feet that mg friend had wasn’t enough. Made the appointment for first thing on Sunday morning.
An hour later, Ifran called me back and suggested I call the City Public works because it didn’t make sense for him to need over 100 feet of equipment.
Called the City, they came out and indeed- found that the city line was plugged with roots and other stuff.

( btw, the Wizard plumbing came out and without even looking- gave me an estimate for over $13,000. What a scam!)

All Pro Plumbing was amazing! They responded to an emergency in under one hour, and replaced our broken water heater in less than 3 hours on a Saturday night. The technician was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future!

Ifran was absolutely great! He was totally competitive and honest with the quote to replace our hot water heater. He showed up right on time and was quick to replace the unit. He explained everything that he did. He did a much better and cleaner job than whoever had installed the previous unit. I’d highly recommend Ifran for any plumbing job you might have!

Ifram came on a Saturday to relight my pilot light after the plumbers sent by the pool company neglected to do so. He arrived within 20 minutes, quickly checked the system and relit the lights. And he didn't charge me despite me being ready with my checkbook in hand. I highly recommend you call them for your plumbing needs!

Ifran is the rare truly 24-hour plumber. My old shower handle broke off late on a Sunday night and I couldn't get the water to stop flowing. I called probably 5 other supposed 24-hour plumbers and none of them were available to come out that night. I did not want all that water to be wasted so I was desperate to have it fixed. Thank goodness Ifran was available to come by in less than an hour. He replaced the handle. There was a small leak from the showerhead over the next day, so Ifran came back 2 days later to fix it and we haven't had any problems with it since.

Had an issue with a leaky hose under my kitchen sink and found All Pro Plumbing online. Gave them a call and Ifran was here in no time. He’s incredibly nice and professional, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Can not begin to explain how above and beyond he went. He has undoubtedly made a customer for life and will be recommended to anyone I know that is in need of his service.
