I'm appalled by the outrageous prices charged by this company! I hired them to clear my property line, and the technician quoted me $508 for the job, which included a camera inspection. I'd previously paid $375 for the same service without the inspection, so I thought the additional cost was reasonable. However, after the inspection, they slapped me with a $10,000 quote! To add insult to injury, they refused to provide me with the camera recording unless I paid an extra $750. This is blatant dishonesty, and I'm reporting them!

Nothing positive to say about the "work" done by this company. Charged $600 to cut a hole in the downstairs ceiling to check on an upstairs leak. Did not seem to have the right equipment to see the problem. Misdiagnosed the cause of the leak and recommended a fix (which we did ourselves) that did not solve the problem. Never followed up to see if the problem was fixed and stopped responding to our requests to fix the issue. Also mentioned that a supervisor would contact us, as well as a person to check for mold. Neither ever contacted us. Basically a complete waste of time and money for no actual work being done. Would never recommend this company for anyone looking for plumbing service.

Ricky and Jesse came out to clear our sewer line from tree roots. They did an excellent job and were by far the best Roto Rooter technicians to date. Thank you, much appreciated!!!

An ongoing leak in my kitchen resulted in the guys at Roto-Rooter coming out to take a look and hopefully identify the source. Jackson was professional, respectful, and treated my situation in my home with the same importance as if it were his own. Nowadays that's a quality I value when dealing with professional services such as these guys. If you're having any problems or inquiries I'd highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed. Marcus was excellent and helped us unclog our pipes as emergency repair first thing on a Sunday morning. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

The work turned out to be more complex but Ivan did all the extra work needed and completed the task perfectly. He was kind enough to do a favor and helped me fix a broken hose. I truly appreciate that nice gesture.

Great service. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I was lucky to have called and they were able to send a tech out the same day **on a Sunday afternoon**. He even arrived earlier that the ETA. If I ever need any plumbing work done, I definitely will call roto rooter.

We had a main drain line backup. Keith came out and was able to clear it up in no time! He managed to clear all of the roots blocking the pipe and showed us the water able to run freely after he was done. I highly recommend requesting Keith if you have similar issues, he knows his stuff.

I had a bad situation with a backup and flooding in the bathroom and Roto-Rooter sent out Nicholas Juarez Tech# 7919 and he was great. Identified and explained the issue and Fixed it quickly. So happy they sent him out fast to save the day.

James and Trevor were absolutely amazing! I had three other plumbers attempt to fix my clogged drain problem. All three of them spent hrs and still couldn’t get it done. All three other companies suggested we had to knock the wall down to get to the issue, but James was able to find the it within the first few minutes. There experience level was clearly much greater than all the prior plumbers that attempted the job.

Had my kitchen sink garbage disposal repaired by Christian (from Palo Alto office). He was awesome, quick and provided informative insight on how to better maintain my garbage disposal. Would highly recommend!

I had a clogged sewer line - water would not drain from the bathtub and the toilet. James and Luis came within 2 hours of placing the call. Since my house doesn’t have a sewer access point, they had to remove my toilet, feed the roto-snake through there and then reinstall the toilet. They worked very cleanly and everything took about 2 hours. The cost of this adventure was $959.

Amazing work. The plumber, James was the best I’ve ever worked with. He was professional but very friendly and he made sure the job was done correctly. He was a pleasure. Jermey, the tech supervisor was also very friendly and professional.

I have used Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing concerns. A couple of weeks ago, I was suprised by a toilet leak. Evidently, it had been leakinf form some time, but only became visitible when I saw seepage from the base of my toilt.

I was able to get an apointment within hours. The excellentm young plumber came out and then the extent of the issue was revealed. He placed a call to the restoration branch. That guy came out. A plan was devised, with the very important consideation that it is my only toilet.

The leak was stopped. The plumber did some initial disinfecting, but since this had been going on a while, big guns were needed. The restoramation folks came out and set about using industrial cleansers and antimicrobials in my bathroom and below in the basement. Then containement and drying equipmetn was put in place.

The bathroom is dry now, and the basement below is almost dry. The next steps involve determining how much of the flooing around the toilet needs to be replaced. And the plumber will be out to replace the flange, once the flooring is addressed.

Ifran was excellent. He came on short notice and was professional and did a great job uninstalling a faucet and installing a new one. I would definitely recommend.

I had a clogged sewer line. I called All Pro Plumbing on a Sunday and he was able to come by in about 2 hours. Overall, he was friendly, quick and did the job. I would call them again.

I had a backed up lateral (sewer line from house to city sewer main) and Ifran (All Pro Plumbing) not only cleared it out in a timely manner, he was able to show me the condition of my pipe leading to the street and explain the cause of the backup-which was Foster Cit’s annual sewer line inspection, they blow high pressure water down their main sewer lines to clear out the pipes so they can then video the condition of said pipes. This high pressure water forces sewage up our pipes causing blockage each year. This explained it clearly as each time I get backed-up, previous days Foster City was out doing their inspection with their big trucks.

Glad I did some research to find All Pro Plumbing, easy to see why they get 5 star ratings.
