This was our second time calling g up Roto Rooter for a plumbing blockage, but first time at this house. I used the mobile app to make an appointment on a Saturday morning and they were here less than two hours later. Ricky had to take off a toilet to snake our main sewer and he was able to clear our issue (ugh roots). Will use Roto Rooter again for our next plumbing issue.

I had an issue with a leaky retractable kitchen sink faucet and had attempted to replace the hose myself but found that i was unable to pull the hose out due to a kink in the faucet design. I decided to call Rotor Rooter Plumbing. Within 1hr Gilbert showed up at my place and quickly assessed the situation. We decided to replace the entire kitchen faucet and upgraded the below sink hosing for hot and cold water. I am so happy with the service! Thank youbso much for coming by on a Sunday!

Ricky arrived right on time within the specified appointment window and was incredibly warm and personable from the moment he stepped in. What stood out immediately was how well-prepared he was—he had clearly reviewed my service ticket ahead of time, including the detailed steps I had already taken to try and fix the kitchen sink clog myself. That kind of attention to detail is rare and appreciated.

When Ricky explained that the first place I should have looked for the clog was actually outside, I realized I was in the hands of a true professional. His experience and knowledge were immediately evident, and he quickly identified that removing the P-trap—as I had done—was likely unnecessary. This alone saved me (and others like me) from a lot of extra effort and guesswork.

Ricky got right to work with the right tools for the job, and not only did he resolve the issue efficiently, he also shared helpful advice and product recommendations to prevent future buildups in our pipes. That extra step—educating the customer—really shows how much he cares about the people he serves.

He is a shining representative of Roto-Rooter, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. I left the experience reassured, knowing that if Ricky is the one who shows up, the job will be done right.

One note for improvement: while the Roto-Rooter app shows offers and discounts, it would be helpful if those coupons were more easily accessible during or before the visit.

Overall, I’m very grateful for Ricky’s skill, professionalism, and determination. He got our home back on track, and we’re thankful for the great service. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Fast friendly service! Marcus was friendly and efficient. I let him know I had to leave at a certain time and he got the clog taken care of quickly.

Ricky was a knowledgeable and determined technician. Our shower and bathtub had a difficult clog. I tried a snake, but we had an odd drainage connection that made it very difficult. I had also failed with sulfuric acid. Ricky came out and spent a good 90 minutes working on the drain. In the end he was able to clear the clog.

We had just moved into our house literally the day before, and then the next day the water heater died and we could not get the pilot to re-light. Roto Rooter was the only plumber out of 5 that we called who was available within 24 hours and, in fact, they could send someone within an hour! A plumber named Gabriel showed up, and he quickly set to figuring out what the problem was. He showed us exactly what went wrong, walked us through our options, and was able to replace our water heater at a reasonable price that same night (which was also a holiday I might add!)! It was a very convenient and speedy experience and we went from us having to take cold showers for a week to having the issue solved that very same night. Will definitely use them again!

Kelvin and Keith are phenomenal! These 2 guys have proven themselves over and over again. To no hesitation they will come to our aid in emergencies. They're customer service skills are impeccable.
We've been using them for some time now on all 16 buildings we have. These guys definitely get the job done and there timing is perfect.

Ivan is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. After replacing the drain basket in our kitchen sink, he took the extra time to fill and empty the sink a few times to make sure there was no leak anywhere along the pipes. Much appreciated it.

While Michael did a great job of fixing our plumbing issue at a reasonable price, I felt that the field agent Chris tried to over-charge us ($1500 - $3500!) to dry out the under sink area. We declined that service and easily dried things out with a few fans and will spend the money (much less, actually) on replacing any damaged boards under the sink.

James & Trevor arrived early, addressed the issue & gave us recommendations regarding replacement valves & best options without breaking the bank.

We had a blocked sewage in the middle of the night. Roto Rooter had operator to handle our call and was here the next morning.

Ricky their service rep tackled the problem as if it was his own house that had the blocked sewage. I was totally impressed with the tenacity. The job turned out to be more difficult than we all thought (sewer ran deeper than expected, tree root was right at the front of the exit, difficult for the drill to gain purchase), and he just refused to give up!

Definitely someone who took pride in his work. I recommend both the company and particularly this service person! Impressed!
