There was only a faucet handle broken and he estimated me around $600 and he said he will order the parts which will cost like $75 plus service fee and labor fee totalling to $600.He came in next day after doing half work he demanded that it will cost $790...After going back and forth he agrees for $700.

It was absolutely insane that he charged me $700 for a broken faucet replace when he mentioned that part cost like $75.

Never calling them again.
It seems like I got scammed and never gonna recommend anyone.

My sewer line was backed up on my septic system on 8/26/25 after dinner. They came by 8PM and cleared it. The next day the Field Supervisor did a complimentary camera scan and found massive root infestations. The section of pipe to be replaced was located under the crawl space under my house.

9/11/25 was the service call. I was surprised at how many Roto-Rooter trucks came, including an excavator "just in case." Upon inspection of the crawl space, there was no physical access to get to the pipe due to a remodel I did years ago.

So Plan B was to do a re-pipe of that bad section from the outside of the house. This required a different crew and equipment. Roto-Rooter was able to schedule those different teams to finish the job that day. I counted 2-3 additional crews and there were 4 trucks. Everybody was focused and working hard. It was an all hands approach that I knew I was being taken care of. A technician on site said "we just have to solve the problem!"

I never had the occasion to use Roto-Rooter but I would highly recommend them.

These guys are fast and efficient. Called them on a Sat night and they made me appointment on Sunday morning. The tech, Marcus, arrived promptly at 10am and diagnosed the issue asap. He made sure to protect and clean up after the process of fixing my clogged drains. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!

Ricky was super cool. He gave some solid advice for future endeavors and was a pleasure to work with. Price seemed a bit high, but it was worth it regardless.

I had what started off as a slow leak in my shower but I tried to fix it myself so I called Roto Rooter . They came over within 2 hours and did a preliminary diagnosis of the issue and replaced my valve and knob as a temporary fix. It is discovered to be a bigger issue but Patrick and his team are on it and will work with me until it is done. I appreciate the quick service, and the customer service they are providing. I feel confident things will be done quickly but efficiently. I recommend them .

James did a spectacular job fixing the sewage line. The sewage had flowed back into my shower and bathtub ( 2 bathrooms). James went back and cleaned the tub and the shower AND both toilets! Amazing service.

Service technician Gerardo (Felix 533) was informative and thorough, kept me updated as he went along, stayed to check everything afterward (even waited through a washer cycle), and encouraged me to call if I had further problems. Roto-Rooter is expensive but it's worth it to have someone show up quickly and solve the problem.
