I don’t normally write reviews for companies, but I have to for Promo Plumbing. I noticed my water bill was extremely high from one month to the next and my Gardner also let me know that there was puddles of water in the grass, which then made me call the city to find out if it was a leak on their end or mine. Turns out, it was a leak on my end. The pipe in the crawlspace had a leak and had been leaking for well over a month, Causing a lot of water and mud in the crawlspace. New Year’s Eve: promo plumbing Came out at eight in the morning And got the problem fixed! They changed a piece of the pipe and problem fixed!. Shout out to Daniel Who spent Six hours in a very wet and cold, crawlspace, fixing the problem. Also, I have to say that as a woman, I have companies try to Cheat me or overcharge me. And I can honestly say that this was not the case with Promo Plumbing: I know this because I had gotten two other companies to give me an estimate and when I told MO (owner or Promo Plumbing) what I was quoted, he said absolutely not. Being a homeowner, issues like this come up, so I’m super thankful to have an honest and reliable company to come out even on holidays. I appreciate your team so much!

I called on Sunday hoping I could leave a message and get a call back on Monday. I was called back almost immediately and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning!! My tub wasn't draining due to a stuck drain valve. Daniel worked his magic on the drain and in short order it was opened and flowing well. Could I have done it? Maybe. More likely I would have broken something (you are hearing the voice of experience here). He knew how much to pry, tug, pull and poke to get things working again.

Promo was recommended to me by my brother-in-law and now I have to make him a steak dinner in thanks. Totally worth it.

Everyone I've dealt with at Promo Plumbing has been incredibly professional, friendly and extremely competent. They came quickly and solved our issues fast. Promo Plumbing did work in the neighborhood and left a mess behind. Dirt was left all over the street and in front of multiple homes, including mine. At least three of their workers saw that my drain had filled with dirt from their work and completely ignored it.
Neighbors had to spray water themselves just to try to clear the dirt from their driveways, and the dirt ended up clogging my drain and piling up in front of my house. They were working for over a week on a one-way street, blocking access the entire time, and still couldn't take the time to clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the neighborhood. I would not recommend this company.

I highly recommend Promo Plumbing Inc to everyone who is in need of any plumbing work. Mo the owner made my transaction so simple and smooth. I did not even had to take any time off from my work. Special Kudos to Baylon and Owen, they did such an excellent work replacing my rotten PVC main water line from the street to my house with copper pipe. After all work was done, they even made sure my artificial turf was back how it was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the way it was supposed to be. I was looking to get both a whole home water filter installed in our house as well as an under-sink reverse osmosis filter. I had already purchased the equipment and needed installation. I received quotes from multiple providers and moved forward with Express after working with Ava to schedule and Edgar to assess and quote as they were able to find some cost reductions in combining the projects that the other providers over-looked.

Edgar then came and installed both sets of filters over the next day and a half. Edgar was very professional, helped explain the process, communicate timing and needs, and at the end helped walk me through any future maintenance needs so I could do it myself.

I would definitely recommend Ava, Edgar and the Express team.

Mr. Perry from Express Plumbing is great to have on the diagnosis and subsequent installation of the new Bradford White Eco Defender water heater. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, careful and efficient in every sense of the word. It took a little over an hour and a half to get the job completed. He provided us with pertinent information in what might have gone wrong with our old to how to properly maintain the new water heater going forward.

Ramon from Express Plumbing came to our office today at HIP Housing and did a great job. I am a Facilities Manager and work with many vendors, but he really stood out. He was professional, on time, and handled everything smoothly. I would definitely recommend him.
