We have used Tremors for years, across two homes, and for multiple plumbing services, including toilet replacements, sump pump installation, water heater installation, and routine snaking, etc. Francisco always provides the highest quality of service and the best value. What’s more, Francisco clearly takes great pride in his work. He is highly knowledgeable and communicative - a pleasure to do business with.

Francisco and his crew are fantastic. They're honest, respectful, fast, and professional. We had water backing up into the house and they were able to get the plumbing sorted in 30 minutes. Easy to do business with and won't hesitate to call them again.

We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been!
Francisco is super knowledgeable and a great communicator, always making sure we knew what was going on and how it would be addressed, and working around our schedules with water shutoffs. He clearly understands and enjoys his trade. 5/5

They're the best - simply put. They have the knowledge, the skills, and do an amazing job. Jordan and Effren installed a new toilet, fixed our shower and tub, and installed a new water heater, all in one day. They are no frills. Friendly, focused on the work, and very knowledable. We appreiate them wearing their shoe covers, they are also very polite, and worked around our schedule. I highly recommed them. We are in the San Carlos area and worked with other plumbing services. We know the usual suspects. Tremors and Francisco's team are the best!

Francisco and his team are fabulous. That may seem like a strange word to describe a plumbing service, but I always feel confident in the work they perform, being on time or letting me know of delays, and now that I've used them for a while he informs me of where my trouble spots are and how to take care of them. I have used Mid-Peninsula probably a dozen times over the past 10 years, ranging from an emergency sewer backup to a broken water main to sink, toilet, and faucet repairs in my house. Tom and his team are great to work with. Performed some retrofit work at a food processing plant for me and knocked it out of the park. Even when unexpected issues arose, they handled them with the highest level of professionalism. Would not hesitate to use these guys again

Mo and Daniel executed a perfect and timely repair on my main water line. The crew Mo brought for the removal and reinstallation of our driveway pavers performed with the skill Mo expected of them. The whole job was a great experience with professional workmanship, timely execution, perfect clean-up and all at a very good value.

Promo Plumbing came to our home to conduct a sewer lateral inspection. (A sewer lateral is the 4" cast iron pipe that takes wastewater/sewage from an individual home to the city-maintained sewer pipes) The City of San Mateo required this inspection of us before they would issue permits for a home renovation.

Baylon came out with a video-camera-headed snaking line. He was courteous and efficient, but couldn't get the camera to turn when he came to a bend in the line. He brought a 2nd plumber with him the next day so that they could get on our roof and snake the camera down the sewer venting (who knew?). They were able to inspect and video a full 100' for us. At our request, they marked the location on our property of the sewer lateral run.
