I had no hot water one morning. Their crew came the same day, flushed the water heater and replaced a faulty component. Hot water was restored and the service was smooth and professional.

A cracked pipe behind the wall caused ongoing moisture. The plumber accessed the section carefully and replaced the damaged area. Repairs were completed with minimal surface impact. No dampness has appeared since.

Don from Dittman did a top-notch job on snaking my kitchen sink drain for a clog and installing new kitchen sink fixtures in about the total of an hour. Showed up on time also. Prices WAY better than Express plumbing quoted me.

Very expensive ($650+ for 1 hr) and not reliable service. Not satisfied at all. Cancelled our request. Not recommended.
Update after owner's reply: You did not come and did not make any assessment on site. We were able to fix this issue w/o your help and much more cheaper and faster. Sorry for one star rating.

Disappointed with a crazy high quote ($15k!) given over the phone for a tankless installation. Felt like I was being pressured to "only" spend $1000 on a standard heater replacement instead. Felt adversarial from the outset, so did not continue.

Paul from Dittman Plumbing did an excellent job of rooting the pipes that were backing up the 3 toilets and showers in my duplex. He was comfortable explaining and showing me how the drain pipes were connected and accessible through the clean out points. And Dittman has done several other jobs for me that are more complex than rooting pipes. They are experienced pros.

Good Plumbing Company. We have used them twice and both times they have done a great job.

***Consumers and HOAs Beware***
I called to have my angle stops replaced, which required a water shut off. They quoted me $1400 as the best they can do. This is a 1 hour job, maybe 2 hours at best, with material costing at most $50. When I told him that his price was so high it was alarming, he said thanks for calling and hung up.

What's even worse, these people have been charging my HOA as such sending are monthly premiums through the roof. I am going to file a complaint with the HOA and have them seek out other plumbing service providers as these guys are insanely priced.

I'm sure their work is quality, but at these prices I can hire a neuro surgeon or attorney to install my angle stops for less. Actually watching an attorney fix the plumbing may be worth it lol.

It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at Dittman. They are punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Don and Dave helped snake the kitchen drain, Maria answered my many questions on the phone, and Tom helped with water shutoff. It was a pleasant experience each time.

Would totally recommend Dittman for home plumbing. Dave did an awesome job and explained each step all the way. He was able to get the stubborn handle off without damaging tiles. Bought all the shower parts ahead of time so that saves time and money. Now we have our master bathroom shower working again!
