We had some big problems with our sewer line so we called Big League Plumbing and they came out ASAP. They sent there plumber Kevin out who was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. He got to work and found the problem right away. After getting all the pipes cleaned out and getting us back in business he gave me a good assessment on what caused the problem and how to get it fixed in the future. Apparently we have some root problems in our pipes like probably most people here in Long Beach. Anyways great service by Big League Plumbing and highly recommend asking for Kevin if he is available.

I've used Big League Plumbing on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience! Today, I had an excellent experience with Kevin! He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He worked quickly, efficiently, and neatly. The price was also very fair. I highly recommend Kevin and Big League Plumbing and will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber. Thanks so much, Kevin!

I've had good experiences with Big League Plumbing in the past, but I was disappointed with how my most recent issue was handled. After paying $350 for a clog in the house (Warranting the first positive review above), I had another backup just a week later. I was told the 30-day warranty didn’t apply since the second clog was further down the line and the team had noticed roots there on the first visit.

I asked for the warranty to be honored which was denied. Then when I asked questions about whether the original visit should have identified or addressed the root issue communication stopped, my last two emails and a phone call went unanswered. I still paid the $200 for the second visit because I had agreed to it, and to their credit, the team that came out was prompt and professional.

They get 3 stars because the work was done well. The missing stars are due to the lack of communication. Even if company policy meant they couldn’t adjust the charge, simply not responding isn’t, in my opinion, how you treat a loyal customer.

I can definitely give Big League Plumbing 5 stars for their exceptional service and friendly professionalism. I have used their service for the past 4 years on my home in San Pedro from kitchen, bathroom and laundry room repairs. Everyone at Big League Plumbing is always very helpful to explain the services that are performed and at reasonable prices. I would specifically like to recognize repair specialist Kevin who diagnosed my master bath leak and was able locate the hard to find parts for repair. 👍

5 stars ain’t enough. I had a HUGE job for Big League Plumbing, and from start to finish, they exceeded expectations. Hector came out for a free estimate, he was professional, and he came up with a very reasonable amount for the job. He followed through on everything he said they would do.

The guys who worked on our home were courteous, polite, punctual, and responsive to all my questions and requests. Adrian and Lalo did the bulk of the work, and they were extremely respectful to my family. Kevin went waaaaay above and beyond. He even stayed well after normal business hours to help with a fill valve on a toilet that was not part of the job. Out of the goodness of his heart. True gentleman.

I got a call every day from Tiffany or Julia to let me know when the plumbers were going to arrive. They were always very pleasant and easy to work with, too.

Hire this company. You won’t regret it!

At one of my listings in San Pedro, the inspector discovered that the gas line was too corroded to safely install a seismic gas shut off valve, which was a requirement in the transaction. Needless to say, we knew that replacing the entire gas line was not going to be cheap, but I wanted to find the best option for my clients. I got bids from four different plumbers, one of them being Big League because they had done the exact same job for my clients neighbor just down the street. Hector made a point of coming out to the property himself the day that I made the call. I immediately felt he was extremely knowledgeable, and his bid came in at literally half the price of one of the other big companies in the area. Highly recommend!

Really like this plumbing services. They arrived the same day I called and did an excellent job troubleshooting issues with my sink. I will be calling them again if I have another issue or if I want to upgrade my water heater.

Second time working with Big League Plumbing, and they continue to impress. They are extremely professional, communicate well, and work hard to get the job done efficiently and with a high standard of quality. Special thanks to Kevin for staying late on a Friday afternoon to finish installing the regulator on my main line so I could have my water on over the weekend.

Fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who serviced our plumbing issue were very understanding of our situation and went above and beyond. Very happy!

So, we needed additional work done due to roots in our main sewer line and Hector and his team were beyond great! The communication and support gave my wife and I was great. It’s always hard when faced with stressful situations, but Hector and his entire team at Big League Plumbing took very good care of us and handled business as quickly and efficiently and with great respect as possible. We would recommend their services to any all who find themselves in need of plumbing services. Thanks again!

The guys that came were very professional, prompt, explained the inspection as they were doing it. I am a single older woman who is used to a husband taking care of the plumbing, the lawn, anything to do with having a home, I didn’t even have to think of it. Well guess what, sometimes as you age they go off and become that person to a younger version or they die before you. So many many older women are learning about all this home repair the hard way. As I am doing in a 55+ condo as my husband ventured off to greener pastures. I called several companies and Big League plumbing were the best. Unfortunately dealing with an HOA Board probably scared them away. I hope not, I can hardly wait to be able to show the visual inspection footage “labeled” , thank you Big League for your patience with us.

The office was very accommodating and arranging an appointment time that fit my schedule. They notified me of any changes and also notified Me before the plumbers arrived. The two gentlemen who arrived in a timely manner were friendly and were able to identify my toilet leak very quickly. They also checked my other two toilets to make sure I did not have a similar problem as all were installed at the same time. They quickly repaired the toilet and left my bathroom, clean and in good order. I would highly recommend this company.

I called big league Plumbing for an urgent matter at 8pm. Hector was attentive in taking my call right away. Two plumbers showed up within the hour and fixed the problem with much expertise and knowledge. Highly recommend

Another job very well done by Big League. Frankie and Lalo were very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived promptly, worked steadily and left the job site clean and tidy. This was my first time working with Frankie today and I am very impressed that no matter who they send it's the same professional experience which instills confidence in the job. Lalo is an absolute pleasure and extremely hard working. By now, he knows our house very well and inspires a lot of confidence in his workmanship. I really appreciate all of the details of customer service which stand out compared to other companies. We have dealt with a LOT of contractors and workers over the past 2 1/2 years trying to fix up our 100 yo house and Big League consistently outshines the rest. The office staff are very patient, helpful and keep you up to date on your job progress. Hector, the owner, can be relied upon for expertise, honesty, professionalism, and, most impressive, obviously taking care that every employee represents his company as himself. I highly recommend Big League as a company you can rely on to do the work correctly and honestly. This is my third time giving them a review/update precisely because the more you work with other companies in other contracting areas, the more you realize how Big League stands out in the ocean of contractors and workers. Wish they were all like Big League...

Had a minor plumbing issue and they were able to come out and take care of it quickly and efficiently. From when they arrived to provide a quote until they finished was only about an hour. One star removed as they were several hours past the two hour window originally provided. To their credit, they did call several times to let me know that their plumber was running late and would have rescheduled if necessary.

Big League scheduled a service call the next day. The guys came exactly at the time scheduled. They were great and a big guy had to get into a really tight space to work on the plumbing and fixture. With all the work, they only charged for a service call. Big League is the MVP of plumbing! "Most Valuable Plumber"

hi everyone just want to share my experience with big league plumbing
i had some toilet troubles the tech came out like 3x to service the toilet
they did there best in trying to fix the problem but the problem keep coming back
there boss offered a free toilet and install i never had that with any other plumbing co... tot... amazed
big league plumbing is kool try them out i cant say you will get a free toilet but you will get great service from them
