Woke up this morning to what I thought was a leak on the 2nd floor and dry wall coming down. I searched my trusty mom groups and many mentioned ASAP plumbing, so I gave them a call at 7:30am and Roland was able to come by 11:30am same day, which was so great. He diagnosed and could tell me it actually was not a plumbing issue, but a condenser issue with our newly installed air conditioning unit. He told me to go through them so he didn't have to charge me more to take down dry wall, which I appreciated. Called the a/c company and Rome was right. Thanks for much for your help and stopping by. My water heater went out and after calling several Plumbing Companies all saying they could come within 2 ~ 3 days I received a call from Roland from ASAP PLUMBING SOLUTIONS I explained the problem I was having with my water heater (It would not stay lite) He said he could come by and would be at my home in about 45 minutes and this was in the evening. Roland and his brother Kevin showed up and after looking at my water heater and explaining the problem and telling me all the options I had I decided to just get rid of the big tank water heater and have a tankless one put in something I had wanted to do already. As soon as I made my decision they went to work taking the water heater out and told me they would be back in the morning to finish the job. They were at my home the next morning and did wonderful job. They also came back the next morning to fix something that HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WATER HEATER. Roland and his brother Kevin are two of the nicest guy's and I am so happy to have found them I NEVER HAVE TO LOOK FOR A PLUMBER AGAIN. I have them on speed dial. Thank you guy's for everything.

Residents of this one-bathroom Cottage were unable to use the toilet because it was blocked. ASAP was able to come out only a few hours after the call was made, . They discovered lots of roots in the new, two-year-old pipes. They were able to use their router to clear out all the roots so that the cottage residents could continue to stay there. It was wonderful that this work could be done so quickly And so efficiently. The plumber was friendly, Knowledgeable, And thoughtful And his bosses at the office were kind and considerate. Plus, the price was Quite reasonable. But I confess that I did not call they have heavily advertised rooting Companies, because I did not know what was wrong. so I imagine the price is comparable because I have used others for routing a number of years ago. However, ASAP came out immediately, And that was a big advantage. Based on my experience, I certainly can recommend these folks!.

We had a water line burst suddenly which caused water damage to our water heater closet, kitchen, and bathroom walls and floor. We called ASAP to help with finding and fixing the leak. Since we needed to remove the water heater to replace the broken water line, we also decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater setup. As the name suggests, ASAP was able to start work immediately and was finished within 2 days of initial inspection. The servicemen Matthew, Simon, and Roland gave us the best pricing, provided fast friendly service, and were extremely professional and informative during the whole process.
