He was at the property early, and along with getting to watch the real-time video feed of the scope in the sewer lines, he gave us feedback at every point of the inspection. One contractor came and gave us an estimate but never called back to tell us they received the cartridge needed for the upstairs bathroom faucet so l started looking for another plumbing company. After the part came in they contacted us letting us to schedule a time-line for them to come which was 8:00. They were on time and successful replaced the part. Seems to have taken care of the vibration of the pipe when running water in the tub. We will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Finally, we've found a plumber that provides quality service and professionalism at a fair price! A few months ago, our water heater gave out. Rami provided a detailed quote to replace it and completed the job within a day. He also provided suggestions on proper maintenance and care to extend the life of the unit. Last week our shower valve gave out during the "shelter at home" order and our first call was to Rami. After a short facetime consultation, he assured us it was a quick fix that we could easily do ourselves. With his suggestions and encouraging words we successfully fixed it!! We were quite proud of our accomplishment when we turned the water back on and it didn't spray all over the place! I contacted this plumbing service about a rather simple outdoor plumbing project. I was able to eMail pictures and my request for the installation of a water shut-off valve. I received a reply and reasonable estimate for doing the job that I accepted. We made an appointment for the work to be done and Mr. Rami Hinawe and his helper showed up on time and finished in a very short time did a very nice job. I appreciated his suggestions and accepted them. Mr. Hinawe is a very decent and friendly person who I personally enjoyed meeting and I will definitely call him again for a couple of other plumbing problems that I described to him.

During a masonry rebuilding of a retaining wall, those workers discovered a water leak from the main household water supply pipe. I called Plumbing Service Solutions, who has done other work for me.in the recent past, to let them know that they needed to repair that water line prior to any further work on the retaining wall. Rami and his assistant came right away and repaired the leak OK. Retaining wall reconstruction proceeded OK after that. I really appreciate Rami's very quick response and his repair of the water line. His service rates more than the miserly 5 stars. He deserves a rating of 5,000 or more stars.

We had a leak in our Condo complex garage that had already been “repaired” once before by another plumbing company when the leak started again. We called that same plumbing company again but after cancelling on us two times we were given Rami’s number by another condo owner that had used Plumbing Service Solutions previously and was highly satisfied. So we called them and Rami was on-site within about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and told us what was necessary to repair the leak. Due to some logistics issues because there was more than one condo involved we were finally able to get Rami and his team out and they made the repairs. This company replaced all of the fresh and gray water lines and fixtures in my 1940s house.
