I had scheduled an appointment with a 9-10 AM window for drain cleaning due to a slow shower/bath drain. I was given an initial quote with a great price, which ended up being what I paid. The plumber Pedro showed up right at 9 which I really appreciated. He kept me informed about the process and risks, and he fixed the issue that I had, no issues! Great experience!

The plumber Eugene that was sent out was very knowledgable and did an excellent , clean and professional job. Power jet used on drain pipes and replaced a toilet and everything is done to our complete satisfaction.

We had an emergency on a Sunday and Camco was able to send someone right away. Pedro came and was able to walk us through all the steps and was very thorough. Eugene, Pedro and Cesar were really helpful in solving our pipe issue and walked through the process steps and all of our options. They did a great job and would highly recommend them, they were friendly, knowledgeable and great.

After dealing with a clogged bathroom for days - during the holiday season and being down to one bathroom, in our busy and full house, I decided to look on Yelp the day after Christmas and found Camco Rooter. I looked at the reviews and was impressed with how quickly they responded to our issue and they dispatched a technician. Eugene our technician, was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Explained everything prior to doing the work. What we thought was a simple clog, was discovered to be much more involved. The camera scope that was used, revealed roots had seeped into the pipes causing the blockage. So much for blaming too much toilet paper or food debris down the pipes. Yes, we recommend this business.

Cezar was prompt-informative of future issues that may occur. He fixed my clogged pipe fast. I will definitely use him in the future.

I reached out to several plumbing companies on Yelp, and Camco Rooters was the most responsive by far. While many others sent robotic or automated replies, their team actually responded like real people and made the process easy from the start.

My situation wasn’t an emergency, just a leak from the toilet, and their first technician told me it would be under $300 to repair. Later, when they came back on Monday, a different technician named Pedro inspected the issue more thoroughly and found additional problems that needed to be addressed. The total ended up being much higher, around $1700, but I appreciated that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and explain why each repair mattered. I didn’t want to keep dealing with ongoing issues, so I went ahead and had everything fixed.

Pedro was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave me peace of mind that the work was done correctly, and that alone made the experience worth it. Because of his service and the responsiveness of the company, I’m giving them a well deserved 5 stars.

I plan to install a whole-house water filter in the next several months, and I’ll definitely be calling Camco Rooters again when I’m ready.

Isidro and Eugene are both wonderful, pleasant experience from the initial call to end of service. They were most focused on getting the job done right and quality of their service was great. Turned out to be a little more complicated than we initially anticipated - Isidro explained what was going on and just made it happen - vs I’ve worked with other groups in the past that then guilt trip and upcharge the heck out of things - these guys were professional about it and just got things done. He diagnosed the problem quickly, cleared the lines, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. He was on time, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Scrolling thru Yelp late last night to find a plumber to fix my clogged toilet I found Camco Rooter. Cezar’s response was fast & professional. Within minutes I scheduled a tech to come out the next morning. Isidro to the rescue! I had actually gotten the toilet unclogged but had him check just in case. He was polite, friendly & professional. It fell under their free estimate but their response & demeanor told me that I’ll only be calling them from now on. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Came on time recently replaced wax ring unclogged toilet. Toilet works better than when new . Cleaned up afterwards. The price was excellent. Didn’t try and gouge us. Very friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.
