He is respectful to our tenants and clients and is someone who is able to diffuse an unfortunate situation with his expertise and professional demeanor. We highly recommend him and his company.

I normally don't write a review on services, but this one deserves one. Rami was professional and honest from the start. We needed our main sewer line dug out, cut out, and a clean-out installed. Rami and his team took care of the issue professionally, on-time, at a reasonable price and as promised.

Called Plumbing Service Solutions for a estimate to install a dishwasher that I already purchased. The owner Rami had me text him a photo and was able to provide me a very reasonable price for install all through the phone. One of our faucets stopped working and our toilet has been filling slowly for a while now. Rami from Plumbing Service Solutions came and determined we just need to clean the aerator and said the toilet isn’t wasting water. He said he could change the pump if we wanted but there’s no need. We appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell on us on things we didn’t really need. There was no charge for the house call. We bought the key that he recommended to extract the aerator and easily fixed it ourselves today. We will definitely be using Plumbing Service Solutions again for any plumbing needs.

I had an incredible experience with this company. The gentleman that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the job. He helped me tremendously. he was very easy to talk to and fixed all of our plumbing needs. I hired ASAP Plumbing to correct a recirculating line for my Navien NPE-A2 system that had been installed incorrectly by a previous plumber, and the difference in quality and expertise was immediately clear.
From the start, Mathew and Roland demonstrated a strong understanding of how a proper dedicated recirculation line should be designed and installed. They didn’t just patch the existing setup—they took the time to diagnose what was wrong, explain it clearly, and then redo the system the right way. He also recorded a video of the work for my reference. Everything was reconfigured cleanly and professionally, with attention to both performance and long-term reliability.
Since the work was completed, the system operates exactly as it should. Hot water delivery is faster and consistent, and the unit runs more efficiently without the issues I was dealing with before.
