Pro Plumbers have been out to our home twice and were on time both times! They are professional and listened to what was wrong before jumping in to fix the problem! A shout out to the office staff who can sometimes get forgotten as they are just as important and did just as good a job booking the repair as the guys did fixing it!

Toilet was rocking when I sat on it. Pro Plummer didn't shim the toilet 2 years ago when they installed it. They came out and reinstalled the toilet with shims this time and a new wax seal at no charge under warranty. They didn't give me any trouble with having to do this and made this a pleasant experience .

The service was excellent, Mr Andrew done a great job , he was very professional, very polite , and took care of the plumbing problems very carefully. We are very happy and would recommend this company to our friends and family .

We had major sewer issues and Frank and his crew resolved all of our issues. He was thorough with his explanation of the process to replace the old sewer lines. So, we replaced the old 3" sewer lines with new 4" lines using the 'pipe burst' method. They didn't have to trench throughout my home which was a great relief. We also decided to replace the old copper water lines, due to pin hole leaks we had been getting over the years, with new pex water lines. We also added a new water conditioning unit to our home, new water heater and new bathroom fixtures, including new toilets.
Frank and the guys at Pro Plumbers handled it all and made the whole process simple and stress free.

Mr Frankie and his crew has been out to our building a few times now and has done awesone work correcting problems that previous plumbers has done. This professional company is always on time , uniformed and listens to what our company wants and needs. The prices are super reasonable and fair. Kolsky Realty managers love Pro Plumbers.

A conversation I had with a plumbing co. got crossed with Pro Plumbers. So I ended up talking to Frank about not having hot water and he took time to explain various reasons the water heater might not be working. Frank was attentive, patient, courteous and professional. He answered my questions concerning a new water heater installation with honesty and integrity. I know now that I'll be calling Pro Plumbers for any future plumbing issues. Exceptional customer service makes a difference!

One of our toilets was not flushing properly. I called Pro Plumbing since am a member and was entitled to a sewer line camera inspection anyway.
Andrew Moreno came out totally on time. He first ran the camera down the sewer, all was good. He then fixed the back bathroom toilet.
It was a very clean operation and he even had booties to put over his shoes when he was inside the house.

Andrew now feels like a plumber-friend. He did a super job, I trust him with my cats and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs a friendly plumber. He made a little pinhole leak a little problem. I found my plumber for life!

Andrew and Nathan did a great job fixing my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Great workcraft and good service. I know who to call next time to fix my plumbing.

Frankie and crew did not only clear a blocked drain, they discovered and REPAIRED a slew of problems that were left behind by the first plumbing company who installed all plumbing in our newly constructed house. From incorrectly installed water heaters, to poorly installed faucets, to a poorly waterproofed basement floor - Frankie was extremely responsive every time we had a new problem arise. I was most impressed with his problem solving skills because he does not cut corners, he is honest, and he is extremely thorough and comprehensive with his assessment. We can't thank him enough for all the times he came through for us, even when it's a holiday on his day off and there is $hit to unclog and clean out. He is THE MAN and his crew is polite, professional, and efficient. There are not a lot of honest subcontractors or housebuilding professionals left in the industry, so I greatly value and appreciate Frankie, his company, and their work ethic.

That was twice the amount I pay other plumbers.
Unfortunately, I will not use them again.
