Divine electric was amazing and yes you could say “divine.” A really great team showed up to replace my circuit breaker box and install an EV charger in my garage. They were lovely to work with, making sure things were set up the way we would want it and even writing in what each circuit breaker controls!! I can highly recommend them and without any reservations.

Good experience overall — the real issue I called about was fixed, and I appreciate that. However, communication could be much better. Every time I called, whoever answered promised to call me back, but no one ever did. If that’s not going to happen, please just say so, so customers aren’t left waiting for a call that never comes. The technician also said he would contact the office about my plumbing issue, but again, I never heard back. The work itself was fine, but the follow-up needs improvement.

From start to finish, Devine Electric was fantastic to work with! Communication was clear and prompt right from the beginning. Rob came out to evaluate the job, set expectations, walk us through pricing, and make sure we understood the entire process—it was all completely fair and transparent. When it came time for installation, Romario handled the setup and did an amazing job. He was professional, efficient, and just great to work with. Since buying my home I’ve done a large number of electrical upgrades, all performed by Divine Electric. Last November my 50 amp panel was upgraded to 200 to accommodate rooftop solar and EV charger. EV charger install. Two flat panel TV wall mounts. Several smart wall switches installed, and today a Logitech Circle View Wired Doorbell (“wired” being the key issue as the house didn’t have a wired doorbell). Working with the dispatcher to set an install date was simple and courteous. Nathan and Jacob arrived on schedule, very personable and following COVID and clean floor (disposable shoe booties) protocols without missing a beat. They did an efficient assessment of options for the install, reviewed them with me, then completed the install ahead of schedule with flawless operation and fully-cleaned work area. They stayed with me while I set up the device on the house network to make sure everything worked fine (it did… Kudos to Logitech as well!), then completed the transaction with a quick signature on their iPad.

That’s why I keep coming back to Divine. They get it done right, on time, with a clear focus from dispatch to install on customer experience and satisfaction. The attention to detail shows, and consistently across all the crews who’ve worked on my place… but with a special shout-out to Jacob who just joined the Divine team; he has a good mentor in Nathan!

We had Felix come out first and check out the job, then patrick the next day to do the work. Both were really nice guys and capable. Divine is great w communication, which is much appreciated, and they show up on time, which I love! The new light is so bright - thanks, guys!!!

Every single person we have dealt with at Devine Electric has been amazing. The people who answer the phone (Lina and I’m sorry I forget other peoples names were so helpful and lovely. Christian and Shane (the electricians who did all the work ) were AMAZING (and thank you to you both)…friendly, helpful, more than competent…worth every cent we paid to have a fan and thermostat installed. It’s a great company…I will call them again next time.!

Juan & Luis replaced & upgraded my electrical panel today - they were terrific, very efficient, polite, considerate, and did a great job! Very impressed with Divine.

Nathan showed up on time, did a great job with Covid safety and provided a clear overview of the project before beginning. The quality of the finished work was excellent and he provided a lot of education on options and safety. My overall experience with Divine Electric was excellent from scheduling to completed work. My only constructive feedback was that the cost was more than expected, but I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks for a job well done!

JJ came out and did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. It was an older unit that was very tricky to remove so I'm glad I didn't get into doing myself. He was super courteous and we're very happy with the result!

I let them know we had an emergency at noon and they said they would be out between 2-4pm. They no showed. Called a couple of times. They were nice and wanted to come out tomorrow but since they didn’t call and cancel I decided to go with another plumber.

The Divine team did an excellent job installing our heat pump water heater. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. I highly recommend the team at Divine Electric and Plumbing.

While we have been impressed with Divine's electric in the past and still recommend them for electric, we must warn you against their plumbing. At this point, it feels distinctly possible that the plumbing aspect of this business is nothing more than a scam.

Two weeks ago, we had Divine out due to a blockage in a sink and bathtub. They looked it it, and assured us it would be fixed by replacing an expensive system. We did so. In less than 2 weeks, another pipe backed up. They claimed this was completely separate from the first incident. Because this happened in such close succession, we were highly doubtful, and asked them to double and triple check it was the case. They promised they did so.

Less than 24 hours later, we found raw sewage backed up into the laundry machine. We called Divine, and were told this was not an emergency, and the soonest they would send someone out was 4 days later. No apology, no concerns-- just "live with the sewage".

It is spectacularly clear that Divine Plumbing never fixed the initial problem, and made no effort to ensure they were even fixing the correct one on subsequent visits. Their total lack of concern and care is both alarming and dangerous.

While we still advocate for their electric services, we urge you to find someone else for plumbing.

Had Divine Electric over recently to install charger upgrade for our new electric vehicle. Harris Schaffer one of their excellent service technicians stopped by and was able to give estimate/evaluation, complete the job as well as do some other work we needed to be done. His customer service was EXCELLENT and everything completed in the same day. We couldn’t be more happy with Harris and Divine. We recommend them highly!
