Luke arrived punctual and fixed my problem efficiently and he was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises. Jacob and his crew replaced my main electrical panel and upgraded all of my knob and tube electrical ahead of schedule. Bright Design Electric came promptly and efficiently found the wiring issue. After initial estimate, they came back they walked me through the process of what needed to be done and he got to work quickly and quietly. The work was done that same visit and it looked amazing.

Jacob came out to my house on short notice. I had a project come up that needed a quick turn around. On top of giving me a quick quick estimate, he also checked a mini split that I had a question about. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he took his work seriously.

I needed a lot of electrical work done and was I lucky to have stumbled upon this company. Luke was thorough in going over my needs, room by room and giving me an honest estimate of the cost and the time necessary for the job. Then Luke and Aldi came and did the work. When I found things that I had not mentioned previously, they added it to the job, but did not increase my cost, in fact, when they discovered that there were solutions to the job than were easier than originally estimated, they reduced my total cost. Our 1963 Mad Men era house electrical system was a mess: fire hazard Zinsco panels, wires spliced in multiple places, frequently tripping kitchen circuits, incompetent Sunrun installation of solar system (two years without getting fixed!), and more! Jacob, the owner, came over to thoroughly go over our system and patiently explained problems/solutions to our problems. Jacob is very knowledgeable, polite, fair, transparent, and totally customer-focused. We hired him and he and his team did a great job remedying these problems - all were on-time, knowledgeable, well-spoken, and did whatever they needed to do to meet our needs. You can't go wrong with Bright Design Electric and they will remain our go to guys.

Great service! We had an electrical emergency over the weekend and had a quick response from Ray Flores. While being both professional and personable, he was willing to answer all our questions while handling our repairs and installing a new electrical panel. It was a challenging job, handled with technical competence and great attention to detail. I highly recommend him and Bright Electric.

I had shorted a circuit which cut power to several outlets in my kitchen, including my refrigerator. I tried calling several electricians in the area, but only Bright Design was responsive enough to come out the same day. The owner Jacob, a nice young man, said he considers a fridge going out an urgent situation, I was super grateful for this attitude! He came out quickly, was incredibly nice, friendly and got the situation resolved quite quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. And my cheese and eggs are happily back to their cool habitat.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from Bright Design Electric. After a year of living in our house we began having problems with a few of our breakers tripping constantly, and all of a sudden. Jacob came out and immediately assessed the problem, replaced a few of our breakers (that were the wrong size) and saved us from frying all of our appliances (and possibly something much worse…). Truly impressed with the knowledgeable, quick and kind service we received from Bright Design Electric. We will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for any electrical issues or projects and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and honest electrician.

Jacob was a lifesaver. I was convinced I had fried my wiring when some bright bulbs burned out, leaving some melted plastic in the fixtures, and called in a panic. He was able to schedule me quickly and when he came to examine everything, he was thorough and reassured me that our new bulbs and set up would be safe. Would recommend for any and everything!

I feel so fortunate to have chosen Bright Design Electric to call from my google search for an electrical problem I had at my home. Jacob Autry actually answered my call and was able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem. I had lost power in several areas in my home. He arrived on time and was so professional, thorough and explained and repaired the problem just in time for my family Thanksgiving dinner at my home. I will definitely have him do some needed work at my other property and other electrical upgrades needed at my home. Rates were very reasonable as well.

Jacob and his team at Bright Design Electric did a great job with numerous electrical projects around our house including a 200 amp panel upgrade, wiring updates, new oven circuit, interior/exterior lighting installations, and exterior outlet installations. Our family had a great experience with Bright Design from start to finish. Their receptionist was so understanding, kind and fast with getting an appointment set up for us especially with it being a weekend and as far as their technician all I have is raving reviews. He was on time, called previous to appointment to confirm, was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer every question we had in full detail. Not to mention getting right to the source of our issues quickly and setting up a plan after fixing all immediate danger with our electrical.
