Ronaldo installed a ceiling fan for us and did an amazing job at a very fair price. 10/10 recommend SOS electric!

I had a set of outlets in the kitchen that went out. Ronaldo and Alan were able to come out the very next day. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad GFCI outlet. I watched Alan replace it and was impressed by the care he took. He even improved the insulation on the accompanying garbage disposal switch. Meanwhile, Ronaldo helped me to understand my circuit breaker better, and taught me a bit about testers, magnetic low-voltage dimmers, and many other things I asked him about. They will be our go-to electricians going forward.

Excellent work, done well and cleaned up after themselves. Always on time and fair priced. We have used sos for large jobs and small fixes. I highly recommend them.

SOS Electric is the best electrician that I have ever used. Professional, hard workers, prompt, and affordable. I cannot think of anything that I wished that they could do better. They were excellent.

Ronaldo and the SOS Electric team are awesome. They did a fantastic job replacing the main electrical panel on our house. They were friendly, finished the job quickly and cleaned up well.

In order to work on the main panel, PGE needed to shut down our power. The tricky part about this task was scheduling. Due to COVID and the forest fires, PGE was VERY difficult to schedule (they canceled on us at least twice, the morning of) A city inspector also needed to be scheduled for the same day. Then factor in trying to work around my schedule AND his. I was SO grateful Ronaldo saw our project through. He kept scheduling and scheduling until the work was complete. I could imagine another contractor just bailing.

I will definitely call SOS if I have any future electrical needs.

Ronaldo and crew are simply the best. Having worked with dozens of electrical companies both personally and professionally I can say that I have never been happier with anyone's work, courtesy and communication. I am not easy to please and yes, I am one of those people who makes changes on the fly. This doesn't slow them down or even draw any comment other than, "Ok, we can do that." To top it all off their pricing is great ! You cannot do better than SOS. Wish I could have used them on my last 2 homes. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Record-keeping updated and invoice corrected with a personal followup. Excellent serviceman, on-time and efficient (though still having to charge minimum fee $275 without fixing a second problem); invoice paid on-site day of service.

We've done several EMF wiring error repairs and installations of demand switches with SOS Electric. They are professional do great work. Following code is so important with electrical work and I'm often surprised at how many electricians will bend the rules and cut corners. That hasn't been our experience with Ronaldo and the SOS Electric team on several projects - so I continue to recommend them to others.

We hired SOS Electric to install multiple chandeliers in our client's home. Two of the chandeliers were 37 pounds, 40" round, and installed on 23 foot high ceilings! Ronaldo arranged for scaffolding to facilitate a safe and quick installation. His team protected everything and cleaned up after the work, so it appeared they were never there. They even went the extra mile to come back the next day to adjust the lighting per our client's requests.

SOS has saved us twice so far! Their expert crew installed a solar ready panel for us last year and this month they installed a receptacle for an induction range. Their communication and work is excellent. SOS is our go-to for our electrical needs!

We started working with SOS electric right as the pandemic started. Our lights were flickering and we were concerned about the dangers of an electrical fire. After an initial schedule mix up, Alan, the SOS representative arrived precisely at the arranged date and time. The job called for the removal of 4 florescent light fixtures and the installation of LED replacements in our kitchen. The job was done quickly and professionally by Alan (a good guy) for the agreed upon contract price.
