I couldn't have asked for anything better from SOS Electric. The technician, Paulo Vitor, was prompt, friendly, figured out the electrical problems rapidly, explained the issues to me, and gave me advice for future maintenance. If I have any other electrical issues, I'll go back to SOS Electric in a heartbeat.

I'm happy to be writing this review for Ronaldo and the team at SOS Electric. Their customer service is really on point and whenever someone came to my home, they were clear and concise as to what service they would be performing. I think all-in-all, the fact that they are easy to schedule is really the best part. I know many electricians in Marin have gotten too big and just can't handle the capacity. SOS appears to be highly successful while also having many slots for service. I know several people who also use SOS and they all have glowing reviews. Keep up the great work, Ronaldo. I appreciate your company a lot.

Dylan came out the day after a problem with our electrical system was identified by an appliance repairman. He was on-time, polite, and got the problem solved quickly. We were totally pleased and will be calling SOS for any future problems.

SOS are the best electric crew we've worked with on our Eichler! Over years, we've used them for AMP upgrades, car charger installations (twice), lighting inside/outside; reconfigurations, etc. Well-priced, smart, efficient, they are highly recommended!

We were given a very reasonable estimate. We had our front yard low voltage lighting replaced and it was done in a timely fashion. Worker was prompt and professional. Cleaned up thoroughly when job was completed. Very happy with the work and the appearance of the lights. Ronaldo is a very good communicator. We’d highly recommend SOS for your lighting needs!

Surprise! Invoice was 3x what we all expected. They charge by the hour. First hour is more than subsequent hours (reasonable and standard). BUT they also charge per electrician. If more than one person comes to your job, you're paying for each person. We got swindled.
