If its contractor electrical related and they dont have it, they will go out of there way to get it. Everyone is super helpful and happy to do so. I've been using them for over 10 years and can't recommend them enough. Real 5 star establishment. Note that when they do get busy they do make and effort to accomadate. Legends.

Everyone at Rocky Hill has been professional, skillful and kind. From the office personnel to each technician like Wyatt, Raynan and Neyko, I am amazed and relieved at how helpful they are and what a joy they are to work with.

Neyko and Tanner rewired (from the ballast to direct power source) and switched out our kitchen lights for a new type of light bulbs required by California regulations. They also replaced our front porch light, a flood light for the backyard as well the light over our garage. They worked with us to configure the lights to our preferred settings.

They were both very professional and technically proficient. They made the process a very good one with their care and helpful attitude. We especially appreciated Neyko's patience in setting up our new lighting options and answering our many questions!

I am so impressed with Rocky Hill Electricians. They came to my house an hour after I called, did a great job of explaining what was needed, and fixed the issue quickly. Neyko even came back later to troubleshoot after a power outage and went the extra mile to make sure I understood how to check the plug to make sure it was working. Great people!

Couldn’t be happier with Rocky Hill’s service. I called mid afternoon for an appointment. They responded immediately and had someone at the house within two hours. I live in Point Reyes Station and often have to wait days for service calls. Rocky Hills came highly recommended and I see why now. They are consummate professionals who go above and beyond. Their rates are very reasonable, their service is prompt, and the quality of their work is fantastic.

Great service and install of EV charger by Chris. Really nice guy, patiently explained the process and even gave me multiple options so I could choose what worked best for my needs. Their prices were much more competitive than other companies I contacted. Highly recommend and will use them again for future electric needs.

As a retired electrician, I understand the complexity of my job. A 75, I’m too damn old to have done it myself. These guys are good. Ray is the most knowledgeable, as well as the hardest working electrician I’ve ever seen, including me. You can’t go wrong with Rocky hill.

Neyko Bergstrom from Rocky Hill Electric, was amazing. He was polite, smart and very competent. He was able to explain the diagnostic process that he used and move methodically toward a solution. That is just what you want in this situation, a direct path to a solution. He was also very transparent about the fee structure along with what costs had accumulated thus far. I would absolutely request him again and only wish that he and his company provided additional services spanning additional trades.

Ray and Rocky Hill were great. They installed an EV charger for us. We had our consultation and the charger installed all within a week. The whole process was very simple. Very friendly and fast service!
