I called Rocky hill electric to fix an issue with flickering lights and various dead plugs. Tanner arrived promptly and did a very diligent job. He found the problem and fixed it without a hitch! Not to mention what a great looking young man he is! Hope my power goes out again soon so Tanner can come back. Thanks for the help! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

We had Rocky Hill Electric upgrade our old Zinsco panel to a modern Eaton/clean up the panel area with new and better placed outlets.

Their communication was great from start to finish. Ben, the owner, came out to the site to give us an estimate and walk us through exactly how the project would go down. Ray and Ben showed up on time(5 minutes early) to walk through the project again to make sure we were on the same page and then got to work.

Their professionalism was on point. Handshake, look you in the eye, no BS style business and service. They were also very respectful of our building and customers as they were doing work during business hours.

Lastly, their workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Very happy we called Rocky Hill Electric and will definitely be calling them back/referring for any electrical needs in the future!

Rocky Hill Electric installed my EV charger last week and I am very satisfied. Communication was great and scheduling by the office was easy. The technicians were awesome and performed a smooth install. Highly recommend.

Neyko did a great job. He was thorough, neat, and competent, figuring out an electrical problem involving two different electrical panels and a few appliances. As well as being a good guy, he was a great communicator, explicating the problem and the solution in terms my wife and I could understand. We will be using Rocky Hill the next time we need an electrician (this was our first experience with the firm).

One of the best, if not the best, contractors I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Communication, punctuality, friendliness, quality of work - it was all top-notch. Ben provided a detailed estimate for the work, which was to run a new 100A feed to our garage, install a sub-panel, and also install an EV charger. Raynan, Tanner, and Alex performed the install and couldn't have been more courteous, and were willing to work with us on when the power had to be shut off, which was important as we work from home. Highly recommend Rocky Hill!

Chris s and the Rocky Hill team are amazing! We called on a weekend, Ben talked me through things with us and then Chris came out before they were even scheduled for some electrical issues we were having in our kitchen. I would genuinely trust them with any issue. Chris was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, kind and explained things so well, he laid out all the options for us and the fixed the problem so succinctly and doubled checked his work. I am so lucky I found this team and will call them for any problem moving forward.

Highly recommend Rocky Hill Electric with 5+ stars all the way! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Ben and Rocky Hill Electric. They came out on a Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend - when most people are enjoying time off, to help diagnose issues with my newly installed Nest thermostat. Ben quickly discovered that a fuse had blown, ran out to an auto parts store to get a replacement, came right back, and had our heat restored in no time. The Nest is now working perfectly!

From the prompt return call, to the quick home visit, to the friendly, professional attitude, Ben showed incredible dedication and pride in the quality of his work. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service, especially during a holiday weekend.

There was no issue getting him scheduled next day with a phone call to the Rocky Hill office on a Sunday afternoon, because the phone was answered by a human! Tanner was knowledgeable and capable, arrived with the proper replacement equipment, and went about the job quickly and professionally. The charge was reasonable and the job was quickly done. Exceptional electrical expertise, from planning to final inspection!

We hired Rocky Hill Electric for a complex commercial renovation, and they were hands-down one of the very best decisions we made on this project. We opted to bring them on directly rather than rely on our general contractor because the electrical scope was unusually complicated — full rewiring, panel upgrades, and coordination with PG&E to install separate meters for multiple units (the property had previously been on a combined system, making it nearly impossible for tenants to track their actual usage).

We are so grateful for that choice, because while we encountered a number of challenges with our GC, Rocky Hill Electric was a steady, solutions-oriented partner from start to finish. Their workmanship is truly exceptional. Everything they touched was completed with precision and pride — I never thought wiring could look this beautiful.

Their communication was outstanding, especially for a team working alongside us while we managed the project remotely. We never had to chase updates; they were proactive, transparent, and organized. They also navigated a few complicated tenant situations with professionalism and respect, and even our tenants made a point to tell us how impressed they were with them.

Rocky Hill Electric is worth every single penny. In an industry where reliability and integrity can be hard to find, this company stands out in the best possible way. If we have electrical needs at any of our properties in the future, we will only be calling Rocky Hill Electric.

So Refreshing to work with a company that gives 110% service! From the point of the initial phone call to Neyko the service Tech arriving at our home the experience has been incredible! We had an electrical issue that needed service and of course it was over the holidays and after hours. Rocky Hill Electric had Neyko on our doorstep within hours. Super clean cut knowledgeable young man who diagnosed our problem right away (we were sure it was something else...) took his time explaining everything. Very patient, and Professional! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Call this company if you need any type of Electrical work. You will not be disappointed! Today Chris came and diagnosed and fixed a light issue very quickly that had bothered me for a while.
What was really amazing was how quickly Ben made time on short notice. Excellent customer focus and very skilled professionals. Thanks so much. I can highly recommend Ben and his team for any electrical issues you may have. Every time I needed them in the last years the service happened very quick and I was always happy afterwards.

Rocky Hill Electric just installed a new subpanel at our house. The experience was very positive from start to finish. The owner, Ben, came out immediately and got us an estimate within day. Ben was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and professional. He gave us three options as to upgrading our main panel and subpanel and we choose the one that was right for our situation. We thought the price was very reasonable and his knowledge about our old electric system was very impressive. Shortly after signing the contract, he had one of his subpanel specialists come out to do the work. Cole, was also very friendly and professional. He knew immediately what to do to install the new subpanel and main panel surge protection. He had to cut some of the sheet-rock in order to fit the new panel in. But he saved all the pieces and put them back in place after he was done. He was very meticulous in his identifying and labeling all the circuits properly. He kept us appraised of his progress and gave us an estimate of when the house would have power again. He totally cleaned up after the job was complete. Ben, the owner even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. All in all it was a very successful upgrade and we were very pleased with the results. If we have any other electrical needs in the future, Rocky Hill Electric will be our preferred business.

I had power plug / Box and security camera placed behind my house. Ben did the estimate and Neyko Bergstrom was the electrician who did the work. They were both very knowledgeable and experienced. Neyko did an excellent job. The power plug is perfect and the camera angles with excellence.

2 Angels arrived and took care of Bussiness w pleasant fun attitude!

We worked with Rake on a job a little while ago and they were professional, courteous and helped to work with my schedule. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Whether it was a simple re-lamping (changing out existing ceiling fixtures and bulbs) , or a major redesign of ceiling and pendant lights in my kitchen, Integrity Electric excelled. As an experienced designer, I can say they all are excellent professionals, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company for any large or small job.

Professional and honest. I especially appreciated the detailed intake process where they went over the issues and gave me a preliminary diagnosis/estimate.

Fred came over to take a look at a few items - the major issue being flickering lights. He provided excellence service, was very knowledgeable and solved the elusive problem in short time (a couple bad light switches). The other non-critical bigger ticket items were estimated, but will have to wait for another appointment. I will definitely be calling Integrity Electric again to do the work.

Extremely professional, excellent work, and a pleasure to deal with! Would highly recommend.
