This company blocks the road, driveways and walkways, parks in the fire lane, constantly leaves trash all over the place and has been an absolute detriment to all their neighbors during a construction project which has lasted months and doesn't seem to get anywhere. Attempting to strong arm residents to get your way is not very neighborly!

When we started to plan building our shade structure we were working with a different contractor and thank god Thomas agreed to look at the project for us. He managed to get our plans through the approval process and turned our project into a reality that we never could have achieved without him and his amazing team. The Eagle Peak team completed a significant project for us that included the addition of a new first floor master bedroom suite and an outdoor pavilion with full kitchen and seating area with a built-in gas fire table. The scope of the project also required building two retaining walls and multiple drains in patio and yard to accommodate slope and proper drainage. We are extremely pleased with the results. The Eagle Peak team provided a clear timing plan and excellent ideas for value engineering the project as well as design improvements to enhance the appearance and utility of the new rooms and outdoor space. Thomas and the Eagle Peak team also were faced with the challenges of COVID related supply and labor issues. They handled those issues well with timely communications with us and management of subcontractors to keep the project moving with only a short delay at the start of the COVID related lockdown. Following completion of the project they also have been very responsive in addressing the few follow up issues that are inevitable in a project of this scale. We are very satisfied with Thomas and the team and would definitely consider them for future projects.
