I had a clothes dryer start knocking, squeaking and pinging over the weekend. I emailed Andrew on Sunday and had a time scheduled for Monday. He arrived early and had the problem diagnosed and a corrective plan in fifteen minutes. He had the dryer repaired in under an hour and saved me countless dollars on a replacement. I strongly recommend Andrew for repairs.

Andrew is great! My dryer was no longer getting hot so after looking for options on Google I was able to schedule him for the next morning. He disassembled the unit, diagnosed the issue, had all the parts needed, and had it fixed within an hour. He also guarantees all his work for 90 days. I was in desperate need for a good, reliable and trustworthy refrigeration repair service for my flower shop after another service really screwed me over! With much hesitation I called Adrium, and came out with the BEST experience!! Andrew and Nick both went above and beyond to service both my walk-in and display coolers (Both, of which are 35 years old now)! Andrew was able to fix the display cooler and the walk-in cooler really needed to be replaced. I had heard from other florists, about a CoolBot system that works with an Air Conditioner, allowing it to cool to much lower temps. Traditional walk-in cooler refrigeration systems cost several thousands with installation and electrical setup, which uses lots of coolant (bad for the environment), a big motor, and multiple fans (which can account for up to 60% of the cost of operating electricity). After mentioning it to Andrew, he researched it and agreed to modify my cooler and install the CoolBot system for me. I am so happy with the new system and it saved me from the huge expense of a new traditional refrigeration system. Andrew exceeded my expectations in every way!! I will be using him in the future for sure if I need any kind of repair service!!

Andrew is super responsive to the service inquiry. He came to help repair the AC on the same day as I requested it, and he spent the time to make sure it’s fixed properly and everything is working as expected. He is also very knowledgeable about the HVAC & warranties and gave lots of great tips about appliances maintenance. I would highly recommend him and definitely use his service again in the future.

Andrew is fantastic! I have an LG Dryer that was spinning but with no heat. I was able to get a next-day appointment. Andrew was on-time, explained what was included in the service call, and asked clarifying questions before beginning in order to have a better understanding of how to approach the issue.

After disassembling the dryer and diagnosing the cause, he showed me specifically where the issues were and what would be needed (parts and labor) to fix it. The quote was very reasonable and the dryer was repaired within an hour from when he arrived. There is a $50 charge to do the analysis and diagnostic tests (pretty standard for this activity), which is then waived if recommended repair is made.

I highly recommend Andrew for your dryer or other appliance issues. He came out and adjusted the dryer drum and replaced a few rollers. He guarantees his work for up to 6 months. Since he came out less than 6 months ago to replace the dryer heater coil, he didn’t charge me for the adjustment he performed today. He is very knowledgeable and is very fair with his prices. I recently bought a house that came with a washer and dryer. The dryer is a bit of an older model so within the first few months, the drum stopped turning. Andy replied quickly and scheduled me the next day. The repair was fast and he even went above and beyond by replacing another old part that was on the verge of breaking as well. Also being unfamiliar with appliance repair, I really appreciate how Andy walked me through some tips for self-repair and general on my other appliances. Overall, quite literally the best repair service I've encountered and will definitely book with them again for any and all future repairs!

My indoor ice dispenser stopped working and called Andrew. His response time was outstanding and came within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem which required ordering parts. Two days later he called to install part and then fixed another problem that was not in his quote. Andrew is the man to call! He is honest, personable and an amazing technician.
